The ARM if I recall replaces the stock one, is not double. While this ebay intercooler is an addition, so it makes sense is "better" than ARM.

ARM has bi-cooler hoses that allow you to run stock and ARM FMIC which is better than ebay since ARM bolts up without any mods and the ebay coolers don't fit well on mk7.5 cars. You will pay more for the ARM set up. If you have a mk7 pre facelift and aren't afraid of light modification to things in your car then the ebay set up is good

Do you daily this car Also how's driving in the rain and then if you have snow around you do you drive it in the snow with a front man in the cooler does it affect anything?

hey man, yes i do daily this car. Driving in the rain is fine cuz i have good tires, it hasnt snowed yet so I will have to wait and see how that is, it shouldnt affect anything tho.

With out a tune and being catless & mufflerless does it still burble and pop a little. I have a gti and I’m thinking of doing a cat delete because I want burbles without a tune cause I can’t void warranty. 😢

Hey man thanks for watching! I’m not to sure if it will burble without a tune because when I did a muffler and cat delete I was already tuned. To play it safe maybe just start with a muffler delete first and see how u like that? These cars sound good with a muffler delete alone so maybe that’ll meet ur needs as far as sound goes. Let me know if u have anymore questions!

@@GTInick I have a muffler delete right now with high flow resonators and I get little burbles but I get the loud dsg farts. Noise wise it’s not super loud but I think I would get some better burbles and noise with the cat delete.

@@GabrielPrensena oooh gotcha. So doing a cat delete will definitely make it a little louder, the dsg farts will be louder, and ya you’ll prolly get some more burbles. I didn’t get a check engine light or anything when I deleted the cat so u should be fine. It’s good that u have those resonators too cuz when I put the highflow downpipe on, my car sounded terrible lol. I have a video up on how it sounded before I added a resonator.

@@GabrielPrensena ya I do sometimes. I don’t mind a little drone but I know a lot of people don’t like it. It’s not terrible cuz it’s only a little bit at certain rpm’s but other than that, I’m good with how she sounds

Nope, it’s a “twin-intercooler” so it routes from the stock one that’s already one the car, and into the new front mount. I posted the link in the description so u can see how it routes into 2 intercoolers. Double the cooler, lower temps👍🏽

Dogbone and or inserts reduce motor mount flex and puts power down more effectively
