I think these "we can only recruit 15% of all 3 and 4-star recruit" challenges are arguably the toughest challenges, since you have a very, VERY slim pool to choose from, plus the challenges of filling in a full roster of men since they only stay for 3-5 years. (Depending on the NFL, graduation, Redshirt Seniors, etc) But Tanman always finds a way somehow to make it work.

MIT is good, but Cal Tech is a dead program that actually played in the Rose Bowl as a home stadium before UCLA moved into it. Cal Tech is also known as being always the worst and they also have the same mascot as MIT, the beaver.
