I put penetrating oil on Loctite and this happened!

In todays episode we are going to use red permatex thread locker, the permanent stuff you need to use heat or special tools to remove, and tighten some nuts and see if penetrating oils will help break them loose.

You used Permatex Brand red threadlocker, not Loctite. You may get sued for defaming Loctite. Henkel makes Loctite. Pay attention to details.
