I put this in the green onion and made it, and the best green onion kimchi ever was born!👍

It's easy and simple to make green onion kimchi that's really delicious.
Ingredient
Green onion (1kg after trimming)
1/2 onion
1/4 pear
3 red peppers
2 tablespoons of rice
1 tablespoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of New Sugar
100ml of water
80ml fish sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Seasoning:
2 tablespoons of salted shrimp
2/3 cups of red pepper powder
7 grains of garlic
1/2 of ginger
2 tablespoons of plum juice(or sugar)
1 tablespoon of sugar
