I'm tired of thinking Apple is the best without even trying what's out there. So I replaced all my Apple devices with Android and Windows to change my mindset.

I'd love to see you do similar with the Samsung Ecosystem - often compared to Apples as they have exclusive features. But wider, as they can pair with home appliances like washing machines, dryers, fridge-freezers, dish washers etc. Maybe the Galaxy Book Pro 2 laptop, the base S23 phone, a Galaxy watch and their Galaxy buds. Would be interesting given what you've learnt from this 30 day challenge.

Which products aren’t available worldwide. He def could have got galaxy buds an s23 to go with his tab s9 and or galaxy book and 99% of the issues would’ve been solved. I use both apple and Samsung. I do not mix eco systems when comparisons. My galaxy watch 6 classic and s23 u have no issues with google pay or Samsung pay.

I’ve had the privilege of meeting missionaries both in my home country as well as in the field, seeing the projects they work in. The people who are most dedicated focus all of their energy on the work at hand, which means they don’t have the capacity to communicate to congregations in their home countries what they’re doing and how it’s impacting people’s lives. Love this video - you deserve soooo many more subscribers. I've tried to switch from Apple to Android quite a few times but finally gave up. The ecosystem is too strong with Apple - and it just works every single time! But kudos to the much better battery life. Really hope iPhone will catch up one day.

Tbf he didn't mention the biases, like he didn't mention price, the fact he's been using an Apple for years, the fact he's still friends with people using an Apple, he didn't use any of the android ecosystems etc. But this was still pretty non bias.

This is honestly the best tech video I've ever seen although you aren't as tech savvy as other tech youtubers. All ur points are accurate I just wanna say one thing for other people watching: Most of these pros and cons are not entirely to the whole apple lineup (for example the battery life is only bad because its the mini), and that goes for the non apple products too(zenfone 10 has phenomenal battery life. another phone like pixel 7 its probably worse than most iphones)

@@DanielAx They have probably the best mike (not that the Samsung's one is bad) and they are very comfortable and stay better in my ears than most of the competitors. You don't feels your ears "plugged" like other earbuds. With my phone I use the airpods 3, but when I travel I take the airpods pro 2, which have the best noise cancelling. Having said that I use: galaxy buds live with my 2 samsung tablets nothing ear 2 with my second smartphone Jbl live 2, Nothing ear 1 and some older galaxy buds (1 and plus) with some of my laptops. Airpods pro 1 with my desktop and 2 of my laptops (I have 3 of them). Airpods pro 2 (I have 2 pairs) and airpods 2 with my Apple devices

I did a similar experiment a month ago. I used a Nothing Phone (2) instead of an iPhone. The thing I loved most about it was the tremendous battery life. The operating system itself was fine: sleek and minimal. Although, at times I found it to be too minimal (for example: there is no universal search, you can only search for apps from the app drawer). I also ended up missing my Apple Watch very much. So I switched back to my iPhone 12 Pro. But I'll be upgrading to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max (because that, too, will have very good battery life). Apple just works better for me than Android.

If you held out this long on upgrading and your reason is battery life then you might want to wait as stacked batteries are coming to iPhone pro next year. Also larger screens. (Well longer screens really). I have upgraded every year since iPhone X. Always to a 256gb pro or pro max, but I’m done. The only thing that excites me is the titanium as it will be lighter and less of a fingerprint magnet and the periscope camera. Not going to be excited for usb c until all my Apple devices are lightning free. So yes it’s a step in the right direction, but I still have AirPod max, Magic Trackpad, and AirPod pro 1 and 2. So if I still need a lightning cable it’s not that big of a deal. I mostly use MagSafe anyway unless I need quick juice.

Great video. But I actually wished you chose all one brand so you'd know what the ecosystem feels like on the other side. Now it seems a little unfair because tech from different companies works a little bit less well than for example completely samsung eco system. Same as it does with apple :).

Couple of the problems you mentioned could be resolved easily. Also if you want the phone that looks and feels like iPhone physically, go for Nothing phone 2 or even better - Xiaomi 13, its the best Android phone to me.

Oh I did the same, replaced all my Apple to Android and Windows. BUT the experience had an opposite effect! It made me love Apple products more. Not only the seamless, unify experience across Apple products cannot be replicated or replaced but each of their products are very well done, detailed and smoothly fast. I disagree about the real world performance if u take a laptop with rtx 4080 and above not only will it beat the performance powered by M1 it will also beat m2 max laptop in real world so long ur using premiere pro or davinchi Yes if u use fcpx on Mac vs premiere on windows hands down apple will win Although ur battery life of rtx 4080 will be garbage as hell But any 3 Rd party cross platform apps the windows will beat apple latest silicon even in real world Plus if u would have tried the Sony or the Samsung in terms of ear buds they have overally better audio specially Sony So yes you can easily replace ur ear buds as well.

Hey Sam, I'm using a dated Galaxy S10e with Galaxy Watch 4 and always managed to get Samsung Pay to work like 99% of the time till I can just leave my wallet in my locker at work and just bring my phone and watch during lunch to pay for meals. Maybe, just maybe, if you use both Samsung phone and the watch it will work much better. Also recently there were promotions in my country where I can get the Buds 2 Pro for really cheap and I bought it but have yet to receive it still. Maybe you'd like to compare buds 2 pro with that airpods 2 pro and see if their sound quality and features are comparable ?

​@@sackboy5683 Yes, if I hold watch near terminal for longer, it has a much higher success rate. I wanted a less than 6 inch phone with big battery. Also I'm not fussed about sound quality, I just need good transparency mode and noise cancelling. I'll try those buds some time in the future!

As an Android user who likes Mac a lot, I think you made a really reasonable conclusion (although I still use an iPad). Also, Android has some cool multitasking features and is more customizable (example: no need to make shortcuts to set icon packs). ❤ Android :D

Also it's really interesting to see the watch not always working and the apple watch 100% of the times working. I work in a store and in my country I've noticed the opposite. Apple users 50% of the time had to redo the payment while android users paid and i've never seen one fail.
