I personally do not like corporate (which I work in) but I know I could never be a full time entrepreneur. So I have opted to have small businesses on the side which I enjoy, plus give me an income because there are no guarantees in corporate. I also save a lot and make sure to not have any unnecessary liabilities. I think its NB to have a plan when quitting your job, and you have done so well for yourself.

Just came home from work (8pm) and I come to this video. Leaving my 9-5 has been heavy on my mind lately and there’s been an urgency to do it. After living a life of early mornings and late nights for a year, my mental and overall health has been affected in the worst way. I spend the week working late nights and spending the weekend recovering from the week and not having energy to work on my goals and dreams. It’s a lot especially when I know what my capabilities are, when I have this burning fire and ideas for my own thing. Yho thank you for this video Yolz, honestly feel like God is confirming and communicating. It’s possible, thank you for showing us that🌻

Thank you for this comment too, It's great to know that there're people who feel the way I feel. Sometimes when you think / feel a certain way, that's different from the way the majority of people think, you feel like you're wrong. When everyone around you believes in 9-5s, and even your family thinks ya crazy when you talk about quitting your job, you become doubtful and think that maybe they are right you should stick your to ya 9-5. But there's that thing within you that's keeps saying 'I was not born to live this kind of a life, I deserve better than this I'm worth more than this, I need to build something that I and my family will be proud of instead of building somebody else's thing'. We need to listen to that voice inside us, that is God speaking to us telling us that he has a better plan for us. And he even speaks to us through those who've already made it. Good luck sis, everything you can imagine you can achieve it, good luck to myself too. I'll quit my 9-5 some time soon, and I trust God. If he can get me this far, he can get me even farther.

I did exactly the same, it's fulfilling having to be able to take care of ur loved ones without any stress but at the same time having too much time on ur hands that doesn't produce anything tangible it's starting to shake me, i can't be this comfortable being a house wife and just taking care of the kid's, it reaches a limit, I'm losing myself now, like i need to do me, i have to grow, I have to do something just don't know what😔
