I'm in nearly the same spot, though my work situation doesn't sound near as bad as yours. This week I hit my breaking point, though, and I intend to tell them I'm looking for a new job today, and I'll give them my two week's when I find one. Hopefully I can last that long..

Good for you on having the bravery to put yourself first. On the topic of mental healthcare, a lot of states in the US have a safety net program that provides free or reduced cost therapy, mental health related medical visits, and medicine to people who cannot afford insurance and make less than a certain amount. Ask your therapists office if they participate in your states program and if they would be willing to help you apply. If you don't qualify for that, a lot of mental healthcare uses a sliding scale where they charge people less who make less money so that those people can still get mental healthcare. Ask your mental health provider about that too.
