Congratulations on starting a new chapter. Also, happy birthday! I’ve been watching your videos for a while and draw motivation from them! Thanks! I just finished my mba and have passed one of the cpa exams. I have no doubt you will have an incredibly rewarding experience. Just curious, how did you get your 150 credits for cpa licensure? Additional classes after undergrad, or masters degree?

Hey Thomas! Appreciate it! Congrats to you for finishing your MBA! I was on a quarter system so it’s 225 quarter hours instead of 150 semester hours. Basically I double degreed in undergrad and maxed out on each quarter’s credits. i.e. I took 18 credits on average each quarter x 3 qtrs per school year x 4 years. I had 25 credits coming in from high school IB. So I graduated with 240 credits ish. Hope that helps!

I would love to, but I don’t think I have the experience/bgd that you are looking for so I wouldn’t be a good person to talk about this. I am on a little bit of scholarship, and I have help on the additional parts of tuition, and I have some savings to sustain my living expenses. Potentially planning to do some investments while I’m in school. But I don’t think I would be a good person to talk about this. I know I’m gonna meet a lot of people who will when I’m in school, and I can interview them and share with you guys!
