I am planning on to run 3 miles everyday during the summer and I couldn't find the video I wanted to see until I came across your video. During halfway of the vid I was shocked how much subscribers and likes you had. UNDERRATED!!!!!

I'm doing 2.5 a day and I'm on day 4 rn, so far an exhilarating feeling, I realize a good way to commit to the run is to call yourself a runner. Not someone who is trying running, so you kinda convince yourself that you know what you're doing, as if "run" isn't step 1 to 10000 all the same, good way to encourage yourself

Hey man I love your video. I hope you continued running and learned more about it. I usually get my runners high between 6-8 miles. Have you tried distance running at all these past few years?

Isn't it strange how you run your best pace when the attempt is unexpected? I one time met a friend I haven't seen in years at a local bar. We had a couple pitchers of beer, some fried food, and for some reason had the brightest idea to challenge each other to a mile run at a local university track nearby. I ran a mile in 7:05, lol. And.. even more impressive, I kept all my food in! Good job on the challenge by the way.
