I feel like Kanye’s discography is one of the most subjectives when it comes to rankings and, in my case, it was always being changed. But after years and years of listening to Ye’s music, I feel like I’ve finally found my most consistent ranking of his albums, which is the following: 1. The Life of Pablo/Graduation 2. Yeezus 3. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy 4. Late Registration 5. The College Dropout 6. 808s & heartbreak 7. JESUS IS KING 8. ye Now keep in mind that this is a ranking based on which ones I like the most, that I listen to the most, my favorites. I’m not trying to make a case for which is better than which, and the only albums from Ye that I can say that I don’t enjoy are JIK and ye, all the other ones I absolutely love. TLOP and Graduation are together because I can’t separate them, they are definitely the ones I like listening to the most. Yeezus was, for years, my favorite Kanye album, and I still love it so much til this day. MBDTF is fantastic, we all know it, the only thing that keeps me away from it sometimes is that I don’t feel like I have enough Kanye on the album, there are a lot of features there, they’re all great, but usually when I wanna listen to Kanye, I wanna listen something that gives me a lot of him, not something that feels more like a collab, and that’s kinda the vibe that MBDTF gives me a lot of the times. That’s not all that I could say, but I feel that it’s more than enough lol, that’s why the spacing is like it is, to kinda make it easier for who wants to read the entire thing, if you made it to this point, thank you, and I would appreciate to know your thoughts.

The Yandhi leak is a solid upper B or A-tier Kanye album. Godzilla/Alien, Law of Attraction, Hurricane, The Storm, Chakras, Slave Name/Last Name, and All Dreams Real are all great. Chakras is a top 10 Kanye instrumental [edit: and by that I mean the crazy background vocals, my god], Ant Clemons' hook on Hurricane is probably my favorite Kanye chorus, and the second verse on All Dreams Real is neat. I think the only issue with the album overall - besides being leaked and unmastered without a consistent track list, obviously - is Kanye's rapping takes a bit of a back seat. I personally listen to Yandhi in this order, for the record, even though it's 100% not accurate because it includes songs that wouldn't have been on the album (it's a reorder of the newer CentralDogma list, but with Up From the Ashes and Ultralight Prayer added and a different version of Hurricane): 1. Ultralight Prayer [wouldn't have been in the actual album] 2. Chakras 3. Calm (Interlude) 4. The Storm 5. Spread Your Wings 6. New Body 7. The College dropout, Late Registration, Graduation - These three all reflect the same period of time to me and I just cannot rank one higher because I love all three quite deeply, I've listened to these for like 15 years or whatever, these albums captured a spirit that I think the later albums never captured, probably something to do with his mum I'd imagine. For me the first three albums will always be the best and this was the period of time I think Kanye actually deserved to refer to himself as a genius. 2. BDTF, Yeezus, Life of pablo - These three are all good albums but nothing more than that imo 3. Hello these are my first listens on every Kanye song I’ll update as soon I finished an album. Kanye West Ranking College Dropout- 9.8/10 a really amazing album, the only song that I didn’t really was Never Let Me Down, it made me knock down some points; overall it’s one of the best albums that I’ve heard. Late Registration- 10/10 This is now in my top 10 favorite albums of all time, it’s like literally perfect, no fillers just straight to the bangers, while artistically I prefer College Dropout, but this album is more fun to listen all the way. Graduation- 9.4/10 Really good album, but it kinda slowed down after drunken hot girls In my opinion, but I do like most of the album. 808’s and Heartbreak- 7.5/10 I don’t really like this one mainly due to the experimental microphone that feels out of place with most of the album, the stand out track to me are Heartless, Paranoid, Robocop, and Pinocchio Story (I do like the idea of the song being live, but i wish it’s a studio thing). My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy- 9.1/10 They still use the experimental mic, but this time it doesn’t feel out of place for me. They’re no bad tracks with this album, and I like how unsettling the album is even the OG album cover is very unsettling, the Chris Rock bit from Blame Game is unsettling. Watch the Throne 6.9/10 The first 4 songs (No Church in the Wild, Lift off, Fellas in Paris, and Otis) are pretty good songs, and after that it’s kinda boring to listen to, except for the part in Who Gon Stop Me when Kayne said “This is something like the holocaust” that made me laugh a little a bit ironically. Should i listen to Cruel Summer a compilation album or should just skip right into Yeezus?

It’s just because theyre 2 meh songs sandwiched between some of the greatest songs of all time. They’re not bad songs but everything either side of them is exceptional
