on my first elden ring playthrough i got the cat imp head to drop in stormfoot catacombs (which was basically my first stop after the tutorial) and wore it well into the midgame. The free +2 to INT was actually part of the reason why I gave sorcery a chance, and by the end of the game I had a pretty dedicated int/dex build (yes, i was a moonveil using casual)

I may be the only person on the planet who loves the imp enemy types in the souls games. I don't know what to make of that or what it means, but there you go. I think I like the "enemy quickly that dances around" type of enemy more than most people. I find them to be a satisfying challenge to my skills since you have to slowly learn how to be able to regularly hit them and avoid their attacks since they do not stay in one place like some enemies do. Different strokes for different cats, I guess.
