Tracker's physics are quite literally game changing! I love unmodded Frontiers but I just can't go back to it since I've played Tracker's Mod, what a true legend!

i believe the reason why there are so few direct unleashed ports and the ones that exist are short, is because unleashed stages are so technically complex, even over a decade later. you have to work out how to load so much level geometry, port the lighting, sort out technical differences between HE1 and HE2, just so much stuff to do. sonic colours is probably a bit less complex than unleashed iirc, and it's taken a team of people months of work to recreate some of tropical resort - and that project is crazy impressive. also, TrueFalses did port windmill isle act 1 very early in the game's lifetime, which is a crazy technical feat even now awesome video tho

@SendoDX ex moveset adds liek drift and homing attack on jump gotta go in config theirs alot more. Legacy physics replicates the old boost games liek unleashed and stuff

You could also use Generations mods to recreate the day stages of Unleashed. It’s pretty much become almost identical.

Most of these aren't exactly dlc levels like the ones in unleashed, they are just side acts you can play you can find in the little hub worlds, its an easier way to collect medals

they could have made the manual loop de loops a fun "try to stay facing foward" challenge that can give you extra speed if you arent fumbling yourself, but with how ass the camera is and trying to make input work on the cam's rotation, you can assume they gave up by now like we seriously need a camera overhaul that can at least improve viewing and input experience, but we can kinda guess that the frontiers is truly the one with the worse camera, janky, stiff as heck, 0 stabilization so cam just fukin shakes like hell on slightly rough terrain, and any automated camera just looks like a wip unity sonic engine with no smoothing on it whatsoever
