Due to popular demand, this is a direct continuation of my last video, where I show How I Created the RICHEST KINGDOM by Playing TALL in Crusader Kings 3? EASY! By playing as one of the BEST KINGDOM STARTS to play tall in CK3 to boost my development to insane OP levels!
Playing tall is a great strategy for players who are tired of always blobbing out and making massive empires! With these strategy, you could easily be making 220 gold PER MONTH using the power of playing tall in CK3 by investing your gold into all your counties! You can unlock every tech in Crusader Kings 3 and increase the development in ANY county to 100 and upgrade and build every building! This is truly a great strategy to try out!
In this video, we reach the ULTIMATE goal of Max development! 100 is the highest we can go, so that's what we went for!
I will be using all the tips and tricks and strategies that I went over in my Lifestyle guide series, mainly focusing on Martial and Learning! I'm also playing with all the current DLC, Including Northern Lords, Royal Court and Fate of Iberia, as well as the latest addition to the game: Legacy of Persia and Legends of the Dead!

there are so many absolutely legendary characters in this playthrough. The Mother, birthing 10 people and advancing the realm to the next stage. The Son, started off misguided and "weird", but through hard work and STUDYING he surpassed even his mother founding the first university in bohemia, as well as literally causing heart attacks through spitting facts. the lost 1 year old girl meghranoush that turned up on the shores of constantinople and instantly became the empress. even the damn breakaway duchy of moravia somehow conquered and subjugated half the god damn balkans, i swear this dynasty is unstoppable.

Something interesting Ive found when doing 100 dev speedrun games is the best way to increase development is to befriend your steward, because befriending your steward makes them work like 20% harder, but that 20% extra development growth is, for whatever reason, not counteracted by the existing development penalty, so in reality it goes from an effective 10% development growth to an effective 30% development growth (these numbers may not be completely accurate but are more illustrative) which means you can grow your development really fast to the point where I got a 0 dev siberian provence to 100 dev in a little over 100 years and in the end had like nearly 15 dev growth per month.

yeah I decided to speedrun development myself and was able to get a county to 100 development by like 925. I think my original ruler was alive the entire time and died really old afterwards.

Great video one thing tho best way to manage Czech succession when holding all titles is the duchy succession laws. I can’t remember which one it is but only you and your vassals can vote and since there is no vassals you can pick your sole heir every time. Super strong

I remember way black when they were doing the Dev Diaries for Legends of the Dead. I thought I was a huge mistake to give the plague resistance buildings an income, and not just an income but better than hunting grounds. I knew immediately that I would build it in every holding always because not only do they provide an important service like army buildings do, but they give you money. And I’ve been right ever since. I did a pure vanilla run when the DLC and update dropped and didn’t even die to the Black Death, I had been proven right AND I was rich. TBH they should remove the monetary income they provide, maybe move that to a tradition.
