You really should go for ONLY fortune cookies and pearls and nothing else in endless. It can be hard to get going because you need a lot of economy and I don't know how well it scales, but it is incredibly fun to play.

@@CaTastrophy427 You get tons of different buffs from the cookie spikes included and pearls double those effects when used. The downside is that the pearls have to be upgraded to have any effect. But yeah, junk jet would be acceptable too since it's a perk.

@@anteshell The thing is, to get a decent endless run-level damage output from spikes, you'd need a LOT of pearls (like 15+ I'd say)... and a TON of block and/or healing, bc spikes don't trigger when an attack is dodged or reflected. This would basically have to be done with Anne and her paw (or 2x her paw) plus Clawcula's paw. Maybe Scrappy or his paw first, with a ton of metal cookies. You'll also want to have Chief's paw for extra block retention, so that can start scaling with Blockmaster perks. You'd need to gather enough cookies in claw 1 that you get spikes a few times, then claw 2 would have to grab 2~3 pearls with a harpoon to multiply the count by... 16 or 64. So you'd also need to hope you get a dodge or reflect to survive that first turn. Then repeat the second turn, and the third is the point at which _maybe_ you can hope you don't gain any dodge so you can take the hit and do damage with spikes. You'd also want some gauntlet effects to get multiplied for more block. NGL, I think it'd be easier to just try to reflect everything with a shitton of mirrors since those aren't single use anymore.

@@CaTastrophy427 Yeah, there are some problems which is why I said I'm not sure how it scales in endless. I've tried a couple of normal runs where this works well. Although, not pure runs as 20 floors is not enough to build economy and to clean the deck from crap.

the most powerful combo the harpoon that doubles combined with the gold pearl which doubles all buffs. if you add this to the other things that double items you could in theory 6x your buffs in 1 play lmao so the pearl doubles it harpoon will give you 2 pearls so 4x the buffs if you double an item when picked by itself you should get 3 pearls and each pearl doubles the buff
