Oh my god.. almost everything you said I completely agreed with. One of my favorite characters was Madoc. I even cried during that ending scene. (SPOILERS DONT READ COMMENT IF YOU HAVENT READ) I imagine that with the whole aging process, she would eventually never see him again. He can never go back and parting from what I believe was his favorite daughter, felt like such a fitting but cruel fate.

I totally agree!! his ending was sad, but definitely well deserved!! Madoc was such a well written character 🥹 loved seeing his relationship with Jude progress throughout the novel!

I've did not like locke the first time he was mentioned cause u never trust the person thats not the endgame love interest and i just didnt like him like any time he talked i wanted him to stfu so badly never been happier for a characters death I also hate taryn i dont care if she was the one who brought us the gift of Lockes death i couldnt get over what she did and she was just annoying
