Don’t get married with all that debt. In fact, don’t marry that girl. Just trust me. She has a child and she’s looking for someone who can provide in a mature way for both her and her child. You’re not ready for that. You can’t handle a car loan, but you’re thinking about taking on raising a child?. It’s just another disaster for everyone involved.

I'm 51 years old, make 60K a year, have no debt other than my mortgage, don't have a car payment, and have an emergency fund. It's about making smart and logical decisions not only financially but in life in general.
