Video Idea: Whenever you trade for someone you get an all-time version of that player (goal is to go 82-0). You can then either use that player or flip him for someone else, etc to get an all time version of that player. (However you run the risk of other teams becoming superteams with all-time players that you traded them)

I have an idea: Turn draft class quality up to 100 and then rebuild strictly through the draft. No trades for players, etc… And your first year starting five all have to be drafted the first year.

Do a fantasy draft and draft all your favorite guys on rookie deals and rebuild them and you have to win a championship in the first 3 years and if you don’t you have to trade a starter you have to keep players that were originally on rookie deals on the start of the sim you can trade as long as it is for other young players

just fyi, I am pretty sure that when you put other real players with your young talent, you're "taking touches" from them so it is harder for them to hit their full potential. Like Gui has a better chance of getting 99 ovr with a team of 40's than being the second option behind Tyrese. I think it is dependent on shot/touch tendencies as well.
