Go and try with Wisła Kraków in Polish second tier. They are actual fallen giant of Polish football, true powerhouse in the beginning of XXI century. Going back to top tier, winning it & competing in European competition would be a challenge fpr you! Along with some not that obvious talents along a way. Give it a try!

With relying on scouts for signings do you assign them yourself or get a member of staff to handle that? Do you ask the dof to recommend as well?

Wow! No Chris Rigg, what a shame. Potential ability at 163/200 in my save, Man City, Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea are all trying to sign him. The board accepted a bid of 25m after 6 months, but as I was performing well they accepted my proposal of keeping him. You already had a great striker in Jobe Bellingham which has improved after the winter update, Rusyn was never your best striker.

i haven't finished the video yet so i have a question unrelated to it can you train or mentor stuff like consistency or how players perform in big games? even if i mentor younger players for several years it doesn't seem like they develop in those areas thanks in advance

Mentoring won’t help I believe, but it can change naturally over time!

I can't believe that there is a place called SUNDERland. Nor can I believe that there are people who actually decided to live in a place with that name. Sunderland. The Land of the Broken Souls. How horrible a place is it to be so called? Honestly, I can't believe that this place actually exists. Like there is apparently a place called Burnly? Seriously? The name of the town is an adverb? Are the features of this place 'burn - like"? Or is it refernce to the people? What wierd place...
