almost finished my first season yesterday with Brighton...2nd in PL with same points as Arsenal but lost it due to goal difference and still have to play EL final against Atalanta...played a 5-2-3 WB with 2 IFs and a Libero...bought only Ferdi in first season...this club is incredible...it has everything despite players like Fati, Dunk or Veltman that were very poor

Yeah I seen a report about that. Abramovich was up to no good giving them loans then taking the money out the club so they had 18 points taken off them to get relegated now they are broke with no owners no money sad times

Really good rebuild and some top notch recruitement there to win multiple trophies. I would suggest a more difficult one. Dinamo Bucharest in Romania. Second number of titles, but got relegated and barely survived after promotion this year. The challenge would be to win at least a title in Romania.

Ah Barco is someone you just have to play tbh. He never seems to grow on star rating or 'look' the part, but if just trust him and play him he'll get 20+ assists most seasons. Just one of those broken players who does way better than you'd expect.

You can't give players with loads of potential no game time and then wonder why they're not developing. Instead of using the old players in the first few seasons, you should have nailed in all the players with potential into the 1st team and rolled the dice. Sure, you'd probably not get phenomenal results, but you didn't get them anyway until you started buying former wonderkids that got enough development in other clubs.

Bro what's with Man City completely breaking down in FM? They're in terrible form in my save as well. Pep was sacked at the middle of 2024/25 season after Man City were 8th in the league. Vincent Kompany was brought in and he made them even worse. 11th place in the league, lost 5 back-to-back games at the end of the season 🤣🤣🤣 Also a small critique, but you could've won everything way sooner with the budget you were given if you picked more pacier players.
