I Redesigned Bad Shiny Pokemon to Beat Sapphire

After seeing how many bad early-generation shiny Pokémon there were, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I, alongside my Twitch chat, fully redesigned six shiny Pokémon, and used them to beat a play through of Pokémon Sapphire. This challenge was so much fun and I hope you enjoy watching it!

I agree with regice and gengar. They definitely need fixing but I don't agree with that many. As long as the shiny doesn't barely change or look gross or doesn't fit the vibe, it's a good shiny to me. With the whiscash example at the start. I guess you could argue it isn't that good but to me it's nice and simple. It fits the pokemon to me with the ground and water colours and I kinda like it even if it's very simple with the orange over yellow, and the blue being almost black, while the light blue is pretty much the same. It could change more but there are far worse shinies that deserve being changed way more in my opinion. Like Regice and Gengar. The idea of changing the shinies and putting them in a mod is a fun idea though and some of the changes you made look amazing. I will give credit there. That White Gengar is Peak.

I appreciate such a thoughtful response! I'm glad you enjoyed the new Regice and Gengar and totally get your point about most shinies being alright as they are! I think the Whiscash example could've been better because realistically, there are some much worse shinies out there lol. I really enjoyed redesigning the shiny Pokemon in this video and think I may eventually do another video like this! In that case, if you think of other Pokemon you think DO need some redesigns, feel free to add them to this thread!
