These are the notes I took from the video, just incase you guys want to fully focus on listening to the video❤. (Sorry for any errors) Step 1: Life Audit Write down and see where you are Spiritually Mentally Emotionally Physically Financially And whatever else you want to work on. Establish where you are in these places then, recognize what not currently working for you then write out where you want things to change. Step 2: Set a deadline Set a deadline for yourself, recommend time: 90days Step 3: Go ghost Isolate yourself in order to focus on your change. Let your family and friends know that you are working on something that needs your full attention and energy. Unless completely necessary don't give our too much of your energy and redirect that to yourself. Be as selective as possible with your energy and time, use as much of your energy and time on this journey to reinvent yourself Turn off your notifications, all of them (If that is possible for you). Step 4: Focus on one thing Do focused work on one thing. Instead of wasting time trying to spread your time and energy across multiple different things, have one thing that you intend to fully focus on. If you spread your attention across multiple different things, it will lead to none of the things in question being done well. It is IMPOSSIBLE to multitask. When you try to multitask its either both things aren't going to be done well or you're going to end up focusing on one anyway. Trying to juggle too many things at the same time will lead to you getting burnt-out, confused and distorted clarity due to your brain jumping from on thing to another. There is no time for your brain to get into a flow state Step 5: Delay Gratification You can do this in any aspect of your life but most notably in regards to your phone. This is because usually our Gratification come from the dopamine spike we get when using our phone, but you can delay your Gratification in other ways too. Like if you're doing something and you want a snack, you can wait until after you're done with your task to grab a snack. Delaying the Gratification will make you will power so much stronger. Step 6: Purse the goal with no excuses You need to make a promise to yourself that you are goind to purse this journey with excuses or complaints. No plan-b, no fallback, no way out, you simply have to make this thing work. You're going to go all in on the thing you know is going to completely change your life for the better. On the thing that you know has been the goal or dream for years. You go all or nothing. You will never change if you don't do this. You are making a pact with yourself, a promise that you will no longer half-ass your life and that you are going to fearlessly and relentlessly pursue these dreams that you've had for years. That you have postponed for years because you know that you are capable, even if you dint believe in yourself right now, fake it till you make it. There more you do it, the more confident you're going to feel but if you have a fallback plan then you're never going to feel confident in it. Step 7: Learn talk yourself out of self-doubt and limiting beliefs You need to learn how to talk yourself out of that scarcity mindset that you've been living with your entire life. Whenever those negative, self-doubtful thought arise and try to deter you from pursuing those dreams and goals that you know that you need to follow. Whenever your thoughts try to stop you from becoming the 2.0 version of yourself, you are going to speak to yourself OUT LOUD and tell yourself that you are unstoppable, that you are relentlessly, that you are going to prove to yourself that everything is worthwhile, that you are becoming the best version or yourself and living a life true to your visions. You are going to give yourself all of the affirmations you need and consciously and relentlessly speak them to yourself out loud. This is because all of those limiting beliefs and negative thoughts that have been living in your head are so loud that it is difficult to combat that, which causes a lot of people to fail because they can't deal with that. But not you, you are going to be so conscious and so aware of when that comes up and you are going to go to war with yourself. Imagine all the positive affirmations that you say aloud to yourself to be stomping down of those negative thoughts making them smaller and smaller. Step 8: Put yourself in comfortable situations You need to voluntarily put yourself in uncomfortable situations. This could look however you want, it will look so different on a case by case basis. It can be going to the gym and pushing yourself past the reps you thought you were going to do, it could be going on a walk whilst listening to a good playlist and dancing to the music, not caring what other people around you think, it could be cold plunging, it could be so many things but voluntarily putting yourself in uncomfortable situations so that you build up that confidence, so that you realize that you more capable then you ever gave yourself credit for. On the topic of uncomfortable situations, you also need to build up discipline. This could look like starting 75 hard to create a foundation for discipline or waking up at 5am every morning. Building massive amouts of disciple will change your life and the best way one can do that is by waking up early. No matter what time you went to bed, no matter how bad your sleep was, you are going to wake up at that time. It is a non-negotaible and nothing is going to get in the way of you waking up at that time and you do this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. "If it wasn't hard initially, it would be real and valuable change."

I despise my 8-4 job. It's time to stop sleeping in my desk chair when I get home and on my days off, and start working on my CONTENT daily; whether I wanna write or not, whether I wanna edit a photo/video or not, whether I wanna plan or film or not. The 8-4 job was never meant to be a permanent solution or a backup plan, it's meant to fund my CONTENT. The great thing about the type of (lifestyle/fashion) content I create is that it FORCES me to also engage with every other aspect of my life that I want to improve because that IS my content. People like to dump on lifestyle content creators and say it's an "unrealistic" lifestyle. But IS it really? I actually see it as something to strive for, because creating is exactly what I should be doing. So of course that's what I'm tuning in to.✌🏼✨

I like to keep the quote "If you can't do it for yourself, do it for your future-selves." in mind. It helps me to get a step back from my current physiological cravings and see the outlook of what me in 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 day, 5 months would want me to do. Then reprioritise based on these perspectives. Because sometimes only the current self wants a certain thing but the future selves know whether we really value this thing or not. Like the current self may wants to scroll through another TikTok video but the self in 5 minutes would actually be thankful to you if just could get some rest and close the eyes for some minutes but then again, the self in 5 months may don't really care as it has more the long-term perspective and observes change over time.
@robbieleonaАй бұрын
I really love this concept. I think it's something that every single person could utilize every single day, unfortunately I believe most people aren't self aware or present enough to be able to take a pause and ask themselves that question. Hopefully we all can get to a point where we prioritize the practices of our highest selves over the quick hit of dopamine! Thanks for your comment!
@thinkerhmm3239Ай бұрын
@@robbieleona Oh, I totally agree, like there is no silver-bullet one type of solution that fits for everybody but I found myself quite intrigued by how I can implement such triggers into my daily life. Like with what kind of arbitrary stuff do I need to connect it to so that the thought reappears again and again. E.g., we can try to connect such short thoughts with seeing certain things like maybe certain type of people that stumble randomly into our life daily or certain colours and forms or alternatively I like also to put sticker notes kind of everywhere that I read when my mind would otherwise be idle. But sure, that's not for everybody but I think that this is the reason why it's great that everybody brings up their own way and ideas and shares them to inspire others (just like you do with these videos :) ).

Thank you Robbie. I have been struggling with how can I make the changes in my life. To paraphrase a movie quote: I know what I have to do, but I don't know if I'm brave enough to do it or how to start. I'm 57 and have been half-assing my life for nearly half my life, doing what was expected of me, doing for others, going through the motions while the me inside myself screams to be let out, to run, to play, to live my honest life. Recently, I was given a glimpse of what that life could be and I'm more excited (and terrified) than I have been in years. The universe pointed me at you, this morning and I am grateful. Today, I begin my life audit - this will be ugly. Lots of layers to peel back. Me inside is jumping for joy and ready to get started. Thank you, again.
@robbieleona7 күн бұрын
I empathize with this more than you know and am SO excited for you! This is the turning point my friend, it’s beyond time that you start doing things in life FOR YOU, you should always be your number one priority. To quote the 5am club, change is ugly in the beginning, messy in the middle and beautiful in the end. It’s normal for it to be ugly and messy and scary but it’s worth it to deal with that momentarily to get the absolute PLEASURE of finally experiencing your best life 🙏🏻 I’d love to chat more on my Skool community, it’s linked in the description 👏🏻

❤ thankful just found you tonight! How can I do ghosts when I run an animal rescue charity that is so demanding of my energy and time, always on the phone always being pulled in a million directions trying to help save animals and I understand I can't save them all however I have many rescues and oversee the feeding of many homeless ones in hawaii. I have sacrifice my whole life to help them, I am praying for support and funds needed in time to heal. As much as I want to go ghost I can't until their people coming through to help, running animal orphanage, I pray the support is here thank you

That’s a tough one because you DO need to be so available for that. I would say that if you are able to set some kind of boundary for yourself, do that. Maybe you can carve out a little bit of time throughout the day to really really focus on yourself, even if it’s 10 minutes here and there. But I empathize with the stress you must feel, do what you can and always remember to take care of yourself too ❤️

I find it impossible to focus on myself being a mom . After 16 years, doing nothing for myself has been engrained in my being . Thinking of me feels like the first time going to the gym . And so tired too
@robbieleona21 күн бұрын
I can’t even imagine being in that position. It feels like your life isn’t yours anymore 🙏🏻 maybe you can start small with one thing a week that you do JUST FOR YOU or 30 minutes of “me time” a day just to start getting into a routine of self love ❤️

Oh that definitely adds a whole other layer of difficulty and balance. It's going to be a bit tougher but you are absolutely capable 💞
@minicooper814217 күн бұрын
My problem is watching movies. Whenever I finish a task, I feel the need to watch a movie, which often takes up more time than the reward or a 15-minute break would. This habit also makes me forget what I've accomplished, whether it's reading or coding. I don't know how to stop, and it's difficult because I enjoy it so much. Plus I need a good routine that I could stick to.
@robbieleona17 күн бұрын
It sounds like you’ve made that a trigger that you really need to work on fixing. Can you try to start replacing the movie with something else? That must waste a lot of time
@minicooper814214 күн бұрын
@@robbieleona Oh, you have no idea 😣 I tried to replace it with a short walk around my area or by scheduling a trip to the supermarket as a reward, but I always fail to stick to the new system and end up watching movies or scenes from a series. According to Atomic Habits, I should remove triggers from my study area, but that would mean not using my iPad or laptop and relying only on paper, which isn't helpful either. I know the solution is to make my willpower stronger than my desire, but it's hard to overcome the urge of wanting to watch a movie and I need some help with that.
@robbieleona14 күн бұрын
@@minicooper8142 you'll have to force yourself to overcome that desire, truly. once you prove to yourself that you are capable of not watching a movie after and actually start shifting that trigger from watching the movie to going for a walk or going to get a snack you'll find that it becomes a lot easier.
@minicooper814214 күн бұрын
@@robbieleona You're right, I know it will take some discipline to shift that habit. I'll try to focus on pushing through that initial urge and start making those healthier choices. Thank you for the encouragement!

For this 75 hard challenge, why do audio book not count? I’m very dyslexic and could really only retain knowledge from reading if it’s from audio books and not just visually trying to read.
@robbieleona7 күн бұрын
I think the act of reading is different than the act of listening but if it’s difficult for you to read then I am sure audiobooks would suffice as long as you’re absorbing the information 🙏🏻
