A note for those who didn't want to use the 2nd floors in these builds: please add an accessible ladder hidden somewhere behind a controlled access door, so your sims can access the unused floor when it randomly catches on fire! I spent 3 Sims days just waiting for a fire to die down on a floor that I couldn't access zzz

It would be so fun to have 2 warring brothers own the Dog restaurant and Cat cafe. I've lived 2 places now IRL where brothers end up splitting and competing with really similar businesses. I wish sims 4 was open world like 3, it would be fun for the brothers to sneak over and sabotage each other! 😂
