I like this idea in theory but yes it is challenging to keep up. A somewhat-similar experience can be had with something like a Z Flip 5, especially if you limit yourself to only using the cover display (which can technically use any app). You may find yourself being less distracted because you have to open the phone to really use the time-wasters. Becca from the Verge did a video trying this. Very cute shirt!

I wear just the Apple Watch without the phone quite often. It’s a bit easier for me because I don’t use any social media platforms or apps for messaging, I only use regular texting. It’s also nice to be away from all the internet and apps for a bit. My only complaint is the battery life after the watch battery begins to age.

I’ve got cellular AW series 7 for 8 months now but since I manage to change from a plan for the watch I always go to work without my iPhone. Only my Apple Watch and it’s good for me [ no Facebook, no instagram, no X ]. Just focus on my work as I know I can talk to my family and friend if I need to.
