Also the Chick-Fil-A website doesn't tell you that you should try their house sauce, so looking at the website isn't going to help you with that at all so I don't see why you're even mentioning that. You have to hear it from someone else or have the person at the counter give it to you.

In my opinion, you have to put the Chick Fil A sauce on the chicken sandwich. It makes a night and day difference. They also have Barbeque, Garlic and Herb Ranch, Honey Mustard, Polynesian, Sweet & Spicy Sriracha, and Zesty Buffalo sauces but I think the Chick Fil A sauce is the best.

Chick-Fil-A is all about the sauces. They have good quality chicken as well, but it isn't anything to rave about compared to their variety of sauces. The sauces are TOP, which is why everyone NOW is copying Chick-Fil-A sauce. I personally get the spicy chicken sandwich, no cheese, with fries and the BBQ-Honey-Mustard sauce.

There is more to the menu. They offer sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese. I put mayo on my sandwiches from that place. The lemonade is the thing to get from this place. They do have more sauces available as well.

The menu is usually bigger, they do salads and other things, always check for a straw when getting any fastfood, also.. ask if they do any house/special sauces or dips, a lot of places do and you're really missing out if you don't try them. When you come over again, check out Captain D's and also come to Texas again for Mexican as you haven't even scratched the surface, we honestly have some of the very very best Mexican food here from the little mom and pop places to the food trucks here in Fort Worth. Love your channel and love watching Brits trying food from around the world. (Brit living in America)

Not sure how long this location on the strip was open when you went so maybe they had a more limited menu for that reason, but usually there's a grilled chicken option in addition to the original and spicy and a deluxe version of everything (where they add cheese, lettuce and tomato). But nothing comes pre-sauced but they have lots of amazing sauce options. They also have a wrap, mac and cheese, grilled nuggets, Frosted Lemonade, Iced Coffee, chicken strips and 3 salads at most locations. They also have something called a Sunjoy which is like an Arnold Palmer (half Lemonade/half sweet tea). They also have a breakfast menu. But even then it's a small menu focused on quality not quantity. I remember when I was a kid the menu was nearly literally just the original sandwich, nuggets and fries.

I think that Chick fil A being on the Vegas Strip is why the menu is so limited. Usually there are also chicken tenders, grilled chicken nuggets and sandwiches, Chicken salads, and macaroni and cheese. And if you order the "Deluxe" version of the sandwich it comes with lettuce and tomato. And like you said, they need sauce but that's up to you to decide which to add. My favorites are the Chick fil A sauce, sweet n spicy sriracha, and the garlic herb ranch.

My daughter wanted a Chick Fil a in NYC and it was the last meal we had before we left. They have a slight bit more in actual restaurants. They offer really delicious mac and cheese and other sides but it appears they don't do produce as far as lettuce and tomato at that location. What they're known for is what you just tried but just like in and out you need to know what to order to make it noteworthy. Next time try a lemonade instead of the shake, sweet and spicy siracha and Polynesian sauces with the nuggets. They also sell grilled nuggets without breading for people on a diet that are delicious. Also the sandwiches are really liked for their big pickles so if you don't like pickles yeah its gonna need something else.

You can buy Chick sauce in a jar at some stores and on Amazon sometimes. They marinate the chicken in pickle juice for a few days., and the big chicken places only put pickles and mayo on sandwiches unless you order a chicken Club or Deluxe

My local Chick-Fil-A's have way more menu options, like tenders, wraps, soup, mac & cheese, salads... but it makes sense to Keep It Simple Stupid in Vegas with so many international visitors who've never tried it. Back in the day when Chick-Fil-A's were usually almost always located in a shopping mall the menu was limited like this to a degree but that's part of why they became so successful.
