Glad you got some good deals on tools you need. You both look happy to be together. You both will be lonely if you separate. You never know what you have until it isn't there. Good to have the repairs done. I would e-mail the inspector on Friday even if he won't get there until Monday. It gives him more chance to plan his day and might get the inspection done sooner.
