Him not giving that morselmade a trample stone was really poking my inner backseater. I always pick it if my main damage dealer doesn't have sweep. And it's good for sweep units with no multistrike. I wonder why he consistently skipped it.

It wasn't needed, and I'm guessing he preferred drawing what was already in the deck over the stone. Also at 2 cost if he had to play emberdrain, he might get stuck unable to play it. I'm sure he could have made it work but he didn't have to so why bother (probably for mastery reasons)
