​@@piliomar31I had the same as you around your age, but it's now 20+years later and things have got much much better for me. I found that any medication that makes it better in the short term makes it worse in the longer term - so I stopped taking all medication. (Sleeping tablets started the whole thing for me). I found that if ever I pushed myself too much when exercising - going anaerobic - I got really ill and felt like I had the 'flu for two weeks. Swimming caused me a lot of trouble. But with really gentle exercise, and enjoying every moment of everything - yes that's so so so important! - things got better and better for me. I still can't plan ahead because I never know what state I'll be in on any given fat i, but I absolutely make the most of every minute of every day and I'm very productive. I love playing the violin. I've loved every moment since starting it 2.5 years ago. I've not had any muscle / tendon pain at all from it. I only do things that are comfortable and enjoyable. Finding something good in everything you do in real time (like Ray does) is really important for recovering from fibromyalgia and CFS - it's to do with making new brain connections away from the amygdala fear centre. ¡Te deseo una buena recuperación!
