Mate to cut a long one, I'm 68 lived in trucks for 20yrs Manley in Europe, i lived in a camper van for 15yrs, married 17yrs and I've been no stranger to the opposite sex, you could say I've had a very colourful life, the past 15yrs I've lived on my own, and love it, when you say you love your own company i know exactly where you're coming from 🙂, i think your the only person i know that sees life the way i do, 👍and best of luck with your videos mate 👍

I did a booty myself today. rain held off just. you pay £40??? That's a lot for a pitch. Well, I am sure you have had rainy days and Mondays several times before . . . At least you had a gain and not a loss - after all, what else would you be doing that day?? If you sat in the van you would have made zilch ... however I am sure you could find a much cheaper CB elsewhere ... keep ploughing on, and just chuck stuff that you are not gonna sell, and get rid of that container which is drinking your money up. So sorry you had a rough day at the sale! I, too, had a memorably bad day like that once. I had a portable costume photo booth back in my 20s. I set up one beautiful day at a fair...gorgeous weather! Only problem was that very gusty winds suddenly came, and we spent most of the day trying to keep the portable backdrop and props from blowing away! It was a disaster...barely made gas money! My sister and now-ex sister-in-law had come along to help, and I couldn't even offer them anything for helping. I was so embarrassed, but they were kind about it and laughed it off, but what a day! Chin up, there will be better days to come. 😊

Consider the expenses of self-employment, including the time investment. Then consider whatever local hourly pay job you could get. Which would allow more time for planning, filming, and editing regular YT content? Would selling the contents of the storage unit at wholesale fund some some van upgrades and /or adventures you couldn't otherwise contribute to your channel content? Mold isn't a problem to delay taking care of.

I used to do what you did; and did it three days a week. Everything you said here could easily be me talking when summarising my experiences. For money you can still do boot sales, but why not buy-and- sell via Ebay? As soon as you buy put it up for sale IMMEDIATELY.I did it recently - I made a regret buy. I received the item on a Friday; it had cost me £48. Sold it two days later for £120. Think about it.

Kev, watched your video, and have watched all of them, and of course I look at these video’s slightly different to everyone else, because I’ve known you all my life practically, and for me, its a way of keeping up with things if we haven’t managed to have a chat, and also as there isn’t a day that goes by without you coming into my mind for one reason or another.. Like yesterday, classic, scouring through my photo’s for a particular one to send to Anne in France, she lost her very close friend Emanuelle, 50 years old mate she was, diagnosed with Cancer a year ago, battled hard, but it got her in the end.. Terribly sad, and Anne misses her I know.. The reason for the photo search, was I had one from 10 years ago where we all met up, and I took a photo of her , Clement (Annes son) and Emanuelle and her son.. It was a lovely photo , and their 2 boys were only lads of 8 or 9 then, and Emanuelle’s lad as Aspergers syndrome, which is a form of autism, so he had his complications anyway, but a good lad, and very close to his mum, who understood him so well, but now he’s on his own, and now staying with friends (his choice though) in Lyon… Anne has asked me to go with her to visit him before Xmas.. That wont be an easy one, but I I can I will, if only to get a flight and meet her there and fly back, finances allowing too, which is a consideration.. In the old days, I jump in the car and drive the 5/6 hours, but with other responsibilities in my life now, such as Amber.. well you know what it’s like mate… You’ve been there and done it …. Just a bit more sensibly than me.. But then you’ve always been a bit more sensible than me.. I’ve lived life to the full yes… as you we both have, .. But you’re better than me when it comes to thinking it through… I’ve just done it.. Then I suffer the consequences.. Good or Bad.. which has made life very interesting.. oddly or strange as it might sound, I’ve never put myself first, I’ve always wanted everyone around me to have a good time..whatever it is..Thats true Kev, I’ve never thought about myself first, thats never driven me, I’ve always thought of others first, and still do.. Thats why I have to work until I’am 92 lol.. Until the mortgage is paid off, Ambers grown up, and Tui gas what she needs… Anyway I digress .. Photo’s .. (See what was a short reply comment, I’ve drifted into a short story now), but anyway… Looking through the photo’s I came across a few of you and I .. When I dressed up as Fred Flintstone, and you Barney Rubble.. A fancy dress thing we were going to.. In the end we went as the Blues Brothers .. Got those photos too, with Dan and Sue there as well.. I remember that fancy dress party (Something to do with Sue or the Hockey club I think) we got there… And everybody though we were Xmen !!! 😂 it was a great night and a nice thing to have as a memory… Thats the point mate.. Next subject matter - Memories.. As you get older (And me) they are all we have.. So remember to call that person you have not spoken to for what seems ever and ever.. Find em .. assuming you want to.. thats a decision everyone has.. For me.. Nah ! I’ll stick with the been there and done it… But real friendship one is strong about… That means everything … to me anyway mate… I can say with total comfort .. You mate are my only close friend.. I’am of the view though, that forget about “ Everyone loves Raymond” (a thing on the telly years ago) Everyone loves Kev…. But You are my hero mate, my early aspirations of wanting to be like you has never changed, and has been my main driver throughout my life… Success - Failure - “what would Kev do” .. Then I do it anyway … But gave you a thought everytime… Now “thats life” Famous lines .. through life time.. Jaccobed .. - Cream crackered .. remember South of france .. We met Christian .. We wanted to do what he did.. I went and bought the harpoon gun, caught the lobster.. could t swim, nearly drowned, and covered in ink … After the Lord Mayors show … On the beach .. well sun tanned beauties passing us laying on the sand … And then 2 rather large ladies passed … After the Lord Mayors show… Do you remember the reply to your “ whats that mean Bri” Have a think.. The night drug smugglers we hunted down …. Actually cockle searchers on the beach… Bottom line.. Draw on your memories in your video’s for more interesting talk/walks …. My view.. Lay off the need to do the videos to survive… and just do em with more interesting stuff.. you are a great narrator … among the greats.. They all need matetial to expand on.. … numbers will rocket, but what do I know …. Ta darrr 😘🙏

Hope your doing OK Just a idea could you jot buy another cheep transit to keep your boot sale things in so you don't have to keep loading and unloading your van to unit ..also it would save you the fee you pay for the unit ...was just wondering .....and in time would you be able to get a little camper van ... Or even a tent as a extention to yoyr van....iv seen camping showers that you can buy ...my uncle owned a camping shop years ago and theres so many weird and wonderful things you can buy to make life a little easier..... I luv little Rupert and how you look out for him and keep him your number one ....your one amazing man ...I don't usually comment but iv been a silent watcher for a few weeks now and think your incredible...sending you so much good wishes .. My dad lived in a van ..I wanted him living with me but he wanted the van life ...eventually buying a mobile home on some empty land ....hugs to you

Should you have done better at school? This is a problematic question, because for most, schools deliberately set out to fail you. Take a start at primary school. The top pupils are already selected before school starts. The children of elite parents by profession and their own education, determines they get preferential treatment, such as the leading roles in school plays. Of course, they have very pushy parents. Of course, this is a generalisation, but it's true. Most likely, the education system failed you, as it does many others. Now you might have an idea why there's almost zero social movement in the UK.

I hope the youtube pays off as buying and selling is a hard game nowadays I know I do it as well, you can save yourself a few quid and stop apying NI, I stopped a few years back, I checked how many years I needed for a full pension and paid what was owing on 2 previous years now I have paid enough for my full pension in about 10 years, so as I cant get a dentist and had to wait ages for an operation and the govt seems to give our money away to all other countries I stopped paying NI, I am a sole trader and have never had any problems since, its only a little bit but every little helps.

Not sure its wise to stop paying NI as i retired 2 years ago and they changed the rules in 2016 . I was told in 2014 i had worked enough years so i thought i didn’t need to worry again. Then a friend who retired a year before i did said check your NI contribution which I did and was shocked i hadn’t paid enough and I wouldn’t be getting a full pension unless i paid what was missing. I did pay what was due and at least I now get a full pension. Which being a widow I need. So be aware
