Today I am cooking the LA VIÑA CHEESE CAKE again, which became so popular and is the BEST CHEESECAKE I have ever tried 😋
I already have it published on my channel but I wanted to repeat it because I was not very convinced of the previous time and that it was delicious !! But this time I have improved it and I think that this way you can make this authentic cheesecake easier and faster. Just mix and beat the ingredients well and voila! Try it because you are going to love it! 😉
INGREDIENTS FOR LA VIÑA CHEESE CAKE OR LA VIÑA CHEESECAKE:
20 CM MOLD.
- 4 "L" size eggs
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 350 ml (330 gr.) Of liquid cream or whipping cream with a minimum of 35% of MG (Fat Matter)
- 600 gr. Philadelphia-type Cream Cheese
- 25 or 30 gr. Common wheat flour (1 and a half or 2 tablespoons)
