I ran a marathon in my late 20's and have done several 1/2 marathons over the years. I'm in my late 60's now and still run regularly. I ran 14 km this a.m. I love running and supplement my running with your awesome workouts! Now that you've done 32 km, you can EASILY do the marathon. The most I ran before the marathon was 20 miles and I told myself I only need to run 6 more to complete the marathon. I has a great marathon experience and you will too. YOU'VE GOT THIS!!!!

Been watching your workout videos for a few months ,they really help me and last year I was also going through a problematic journey with my food intake and my whole relationship with food and not eating enough when I feel I haven’t workout out enough,I feel so connected when you share those stories.I’m also someone who’s always been active her life but now I think when I found you it was perfect it’s like I got the perfect balance for food and staying active and you’re like the running buddy I never had! Wow, running a marathon is a big goal, hope you can enjoy it. I've finished a few marathons myself and was always so happy afterwards. Unfortunately I had to quit running this long distances because of a injury and now only can run around half an hour without pain in my shin. Since then I found your channel and now I am doing this crazy homeworkouts with you. Thank you a lot therefore I don't know what I would do without these ❤ Which marathon are you planning to run? You're training very well, so there's No doubt yo can do this 👍 Wish you good luck🍀😊

Thanks to you I'm starting to enjoy my workouts more without thinking of many calories I'm burning... Some times I still feel guilty when I eat "soul foods" but I'm working on that ❤ ly

When you said if you’re watching this video and not running, I was like “she caught me!” 😂 I’m actually training for a 35ish mile hike right now, but I actually did find some of your tips helpful. In a way running is dangerous, it can cause problems to joints and back. It also dries out the muscles, especially in the upper body. The ideal would be to run a maximum of 10 km, no more than 2-3 times a week, and train the upper body at the gym. Of course, one can run a marathon once in a lifetime, just to try, but in general it is not a good idea, especially for those who want to be fit in a global sense.

I ran my first marathon two months ago and it was an incredibly powerful experience. The most i ran before my marathon was 30 km, so you've got this❤ I had a lot of blisters, so my advice is to put some ointment on your feet before the race😅

I used to run. And i loved that feeling afterwards. But i did it wrong, felt pain and quit. Now i have knee issues ( chondrlmalacia 2 level) running wasn't the isssue. But i feel so inspired after watching your video. I wish i could do a 5 k run. But my first doctor told me there is no way to get back to running. And that's so frustrating😢

Ahhh love it! Only able to do a 5k at the moment but the feeling after you've finished running is unmatched. Good luck!! But I have a question, are you going to still run as much after the marathon, or are you going back to home workouts most of the time?

I think I’ll go back to a good “balance”. home workouts, with weights 🥹 pilates, yoga, stretching, workout classes, dance classes. a good mix of everything that makes me feel good 😍

I signed up for a full marathon with absolutely no background with running. I have run 3 and an ultra now. Best decision EVER!!! 14:35 ps no joke if someone asked me the most important training tip Id say poop first 🤣

I would recommend doing a "gait analysis" in a shoe/running store - they can analyse your foot structure and recommend the best running shoe for you ❤
