Time has come to let the E90 go, its been a long journey but the car has to go, with that being said the E90 will be getting replaced with my old E36, of course there is still gonna be N54 content since i still have the E91 and E92

I sold my e36 to buy my 335i. Man I miss my e36. They’re such good cars. Now, my 335i is sitting in my driveway with a blown up motor and as much as I love the n54 life, I miss the simplicity of the m5x/s5x life. Just change the oil and go lol

This hit home for me bc before I bought my n54, I had a 325ci m54b25 and it’s so much more simple. I spun a rod bearing so I know the feeling of having that lifeless 335i in the drive way. You will bounce back I paid like about 4k for a used engine with 117k miles.

I feel that, I sold my old reliable 2 valve mustang to get my 335i, now it’s in my garage with the engine out, cylinder 4 failure. Haven’t driven it in the past 2 months

Hey there another M52 guy with a Sad N54 story as well had 2 e36s with 200k+ miles and ran like gold and got my 135i in 2016 let someone drive it 2 weeks after and they popped my engine, got a used 8 bolt n54 ran good for 3 years melted a piston, built it and was a daily for 2 years went 17ts blew those then single turbo S366 cracked the block, built another one spring of this year and know it knocks and she's chilling in the driveway covered up now. Thinking about putting a M52B28 and turboing it so it can be reliable-ish

@@KAS470 I paid 4K for engine, parts and labor. I would call bmw/ German car recycling centers. They buy salvaged/ auctioned bmws, pretty sure you can find a deal that way

You should have kept it, you inspired me to run 9.96@138 on my e90 17ts with ots v5.e40 tune.. I turned to Jason Voss with Pure Evil and set a record with these 17ts. 9.67@143 . Still have more in it....Thank you again for your video on the ots map I couldn't have done it without you...😊

I have about 20k(not including price of car)in that last year of ownership in parts/maintenance done to my e90 at the moment with me doing all the work.(also looked around for the best deals). Saving up for a new paint job, wheels and suspension(that I plan on getting done early next year). But I really don’t plan on ever selling it just because I know I will never get anywhere near close to what I have. (Maybe 10-12k after bodywork and clean paint job. Just threw in a refreshed engine, new everything maintenance you can think of as well as some Pure 600s back in June and it has been running flawless ever since. And also considering you can buy a clapped out 335i for 5k all day… people will not want to spend top dollar unless you got a following im assuming lol.

WTF is it with Georgia and BMW's? i had mine shipped from georgia.. good price, not much work needed to get drivable safely. ( both inners where thrashed) 181K, all gasket work done, fresh oil in it.. turbos work, did have grease on front of engine and under intake, which some still needs cleaned, but rest of engine is super clean.. so again.. WTF georgia? why you all concentrating Bimmers there?
