As of right now I’m almost done with my e90 V1 project. Just saving up for some bodywork/paint that I plan on getting done Q1 of next year. I’m still fighting some weird noise with some air/vacuum leak that I’m just going to have a shop try and fix at this point. Next step is to go Port Injection and see what these Pure 600’s can do. But when they fail (hopefully the turbos only fail and i don’t blow another N54 lol)I will definitely be going single Turbo Top-mount to switch it up. Mods/Stuff: Fresh N54 swap along with all new seals/maintenance (last one spun a rod bearing) Pure 600’s Stage 3 XHP trans tune (also did trans flush for maintenance) E50 mix custom tune VRSF inlets VRSF outlets VRSF Chargepipe HKS BOV VRSF 7.5 FMIC CFS Radiator AFE stock location intake VRSF Catless Downpipes VRSF street exhaust Fuel it stage 2 bucket less LPFP New OEM HPFP NGK 97506 gapped at .20 New Delphi coils 3.5 bar TMAP VS Map sensor to BOV adapter Oil catch can

I wish I could get the answer for this comment as I think it would help a lot of people out there! I see that you put a proper 7.5 intercooler into this build as would be expected. Is it possible that the "Duck" sounds and quacking etc that sometimes plagues us N54 folks could be due to the smaller 5 inch IC being used with larger 17t or 19t turbos?? Maybe somehow bottle neck happens and it pushes the boost back into the system or something?? Just stabbing in the dark now. LOL. I know I can't figure out what's going on and that is the one thing I haven't changed out. Although I made sure it wasn't leaking or broken etc. Please help! I can't figure this out and there's NO INFO on it on line anywhere except your video where your one car has it too. Thanks for all your great hard work!!

No 5 or 7.5 inch doesnt matter, my car was making that noise because my outlets had a leak at the turbo connection

If I was to go speedtech On a budget ish I think the pulsar “6262g” Garrett g35-900 copy “ would be a good choice and you get a fast spooling twin scroll option capable of 900 hp . I know these kits are good with numbers but The only thing holding me back is the sound the manifold seem to make , it isn’t so good 😢.

@@SwapDepot actually the pulsar g35-900 . With the .85 ar will Probably fall off pretty badly up top huh 😬 not good for roll races etc .. seems like this kit likes a big ar … . I’m excited to see what your 6766 with the t4 open will do and spool like . I know In the Speedtech faq page they have a graph showing the vsr 6766 t4 open .96 ar making 722 @25psi with room to go , which is impressive.

Hey bro any idea why it seems to always be the front turbo on this platform? I am doing turbos on my 08 335xi now and... front turbo seals lol. Only thing I can think of is the downpipe is longer for the front, maybe it puts too much stress on it with shit flow? Even "3 inch" downpipes neck down to just barely 2 inches on my xi. I wonder how much power a full dual 3 inch would pick up?

Misfire as how? Lean/rich condition? Rough idle? Check. Your dme connection and make sure there is no oil on the dme side connectors. Yes! Oil can travel up to the dme.

@@SwapDepot it is brand new. It has just been out of the box collecting dust for a few years now. I’m asking $1200 with a .82 a/r v band turbine housing or .82 a/r open t4 turbine housing. I’d let it go for $1000 without a turbine housing. I used it for mock up when I was going to turbo my e36 like 3-4 years ago but I didn’t go through with that build. I was saving it for my 335i, but in typical n54 fashion, I blew up my engine so now I’m trying to liquidate my spare car parts to get a decent used engine. I also have a used g30 900. I definitely think I’m more emotionally invested into the idea of a g30 900 on an n54 and I don’t want to let go of it but everything has a price at this point in time.

Installed multiple kits from different brands in past, always have to do some bs modifications, speedtech was the first that i worked with that went on no problems and the nuts on the manifold can actually be tightened
