📌 Hey beautiful people,
🌟Have been stuck at the same length for years?
🌟Have hair that constantly breaks off no matter what you do?
🌟You don’t have a set hair routine and make it up as you go along?
…this video is for you!
I show you how to maximise your hair growth by addressing underlying concerns in your lifestyle.
📌 Do the hair pull test
1. Gently pull - top, middle, right back side, right left side and nape of neck
If you do this twice and you loose more than 1 hair.
Depending on where you loose the hair can indicate the cause!
1. Nutritional loss - side of your head
2. DHT loss - top of head
3. Inflammation - affects entire scalp. But if you're loosing from bottom you are guaranteed loosing it from inflammation

Ma'am, with all due respect I don't think this qualifies as solving hair loss. For people struggling with health related hair loss it's important to schedule appointments with real doctors instead of feeling around in the dark and making assumptions about the cause from hair pull tests. For the general population that are not experiencing hair loss from health related reasons, they might find it beneficial to incorporate more scalp care into their routine to encourage healthy follicles as well as selecting products with ingredients to target the inner and outer layers of hair. Either of these two realities would take months of trial and error to really see the improvements in the hair quality and the general shift in personal health choices, all of which still needs to be based on confirmed scientific findings. Your hair loss tips are old news and I do understand your probably not trying to pose as an expert, however there is a certain level of integrity to be held when you create the image that you have indeed "solved" hair loss.
@levi-ly5vg
@levi-ly5vg 4 ай бұрын
My mistake your claims are even bigger than that, you've solved "hair growth" for an entire racial demographic. Let's just burn the growing body of work contributed to hair science by researchers and doctors in the field and all the reputable methods of treatment already developed in rigorous studies.

Hello, thanks for this video. I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. This alopecia is not common. My dermatologist says this type of alopecia comes from inflammation in the body. I have changed my diet. I am doing my best to consume less sugar. I have cut back on eating so much pork. I stopped drinking coffee. I stopped with dairy well sometimes I have some cheese 😄. My dermatologist prescribed antibiotics and some ointment for my scalp. I do see some hair in the two large bald spots I have. I am so happy for the result I am seeing. I am thankful to God! I was told this type of alopecia is hard to reverse and heal, but I believe God can do anything 🙏. When my hair grows back, I will give God the glory that is due to him!

@elaijaroberson257 Hello, I do see some results. I see hair growth in both the top and crown area. I believe the hair growth came from the herbal tea and using the ointment. The bald spots are not completely fiill in, but they are looking much better. Thank God! I am hopeful 🙂

@elaijaroberson257 Hello, yes, I am seeing some good results. I am using herbal powders and Melanin products by Naptural 85. I use herbal tea rinses and coffee rinses mostly on my scalp. I also use a hair ointment that the dermatologist prescribed. Do not give up. Do your research. I also take D3 + K2. I purchased it for Necessary Nutrition through her website. Ask God to help you get the right information to help you regrow your edges. Also, pray for your hair. Our hair is our crown 👑. I hope this helps 🙂

@tashajones3661 Thank you so much for this. This is so encouraging 🙂. I'm happy your hair grew back. The last appointment I had with the dermatologist, she wanted me to start using Rogaine. I am not comfortable with using Rogaine. I am glad I didn't use it. I am seeing some good results with Melanin products, herbal powders, herbal tea rinses, and coffee rinses on my scalp. I also take D3 and K2 from a nutrition. The name of the company is Necessary Nutrition. I purchased it through her website.

Another excellent way to reduce inflammation is by intermittent fasting, which allows the body to repair itself, and an amazing herb to incorporate that has potent antioxidants is Oregano, which is an excellent antidepressant. Plus, many people cook with oils very high in omega 6, which throws omega 3 off balance and contributes to many inflammatory processes, especially your gut. The popular seed oils are highly overprocessed and refined, will damage your arteries, and may even contain hexane (sunflower, safflower, corn and soy oils, etc). It's best to use high-quality extra virgin olive oil or organic avocado oils.

Thank you for making this. Almost everyone who has tried to grow their hair, trying all sorts of products need to understand it's an internal issue. When you see people with natural shine, luster, thickness, great lengths etc, it is for the reasons you mentioned along with sunlight (vit D), iron, minerals (minerals is a huge one), protein etc. All internal materials/conditions within the body. And when you hear ppl going on about genetics, just know that genetics is essentially the way your ancestors lived overtime and the environment their body existed in which accumulates to the type of tissue you have today. If you grab anyone with good genetics (Their ancestors lived a non-sedetary, mineral/vitamin rich low stress life) and put them in the oposite conditions for a few generations, their offspring will have awful stringy, brittle breaking hair that wont grow right. Of course it can be reversed if you bring your body to balance, but its alot of work when you have to gather all the knowledge and implement all the habits that no one taught you. There are nervous system herbs for stress, and plenty of healing mineral rich foods/drinks to eat.

Also, thanks to the hair pull info I have figured out my issue in the past. I don’t tend to eat sugary foods (mainly as I like to maintain a slim physique) but 2-3 years ago I lost hair behind my ears and thought it was due to age (I had just started my 30s) but your info made me realise it might be nutrition - as I noticed the hair loss coincided with me being at my thinnest so I now see that was due to malnutrition. I’m now a healthier wait (no longer underweight but still slim) but still don’t have a varied diet - so will see ways to do this

@@samanthagilbert412 I have recently learned that iron deficiency has so many side effects like hair loss. I used to have back length hair but I have been relaxing my hair since I was 12 years old. I would relax every 4 or 6 weeks. I was working full time while studying, so I would interrupt my sleep and wake midnight to study. I would use curlers to set my hair most nights then use a blow dryer to try to straighten where the curlers marked my hair by blowing heat directly on the scalp to straighten from the root without a heat protectant. And I love sugar and all things sweet. So you could say I was on a mission to destroy my hair. In 2013 I started noticing a terrible itch at the center of my scalp. Itching and burning. Oh, I was also diagnosed with uterine fibroids and did a myomectomy. So, with the itchy, burning scalp came the shortened middle of my hair. That part just stopped growing and the Itching and burning spread outward and so did the shortened hair. Whenever I was stressed the burning would be worst. I started trying things myself to soothe the burn but nothing worked so I finally went to the dermatologist and she said I have CCCA. She recommended no longer relaxing or coloring and gave me a cream to soothe the scalp. I did as she said for a while but the burning has never gone away and I went back to relaxing because I was no good at managing my natural hair even though I love to see ladies with their natural hair. Fortunately I haven't suffered any bald spots my hair is fighting to grow but the Itching burning scalp won't let it so the middle stays short while the sides and back are somewhat long. I've made a decision now that I'm going to quit the relaxing again and make a better go at being natural I've being cleaning up my diet and I'm going to start using some auravedic (I'm sure I misspelled that) products like amla, fenugreek henna for coloring my greys and so on. I recently moved to Canada so my hair is now super dry and just won't hold moisture. So I'm going to check my hair porosity and do as you suggested in another video about how to maintain moisture due to porosity. I'm happy I found your channel and I've subscribed. Your hair is goals, Sis, and with God's help and your suggestions, I may get my hair back and stop the Itching and burning of my scalp.

I appreciate this video because not too many people may be aware about the negative impacts of sugar, inflammation, stress and bad nutrition. I did intermittent fasting and do intermittent fasting and that has helped me in so many ways: from gut health to reduced inflammation on my joints and weight loss. She still has her medication but this is the first time in a while that her blood sugar levels have been constantly at a healthy level. One thing to note is that there are some medications don't work effectively if you have grapefruit so it's worth checking that first before adding it to your diet.
