The "Tera" part of "Sutera" could also be why the Tera crystals are called that as well

Part of the reason perhaps, but not the whole and only reason. Tera comes after Giga (Gigantamax) which comes after Mega (Evolution). Also Tera and Terra are pronounced the same and this pun is used in Terarium. So there are at least THREE reasons why Tera was chosen.

Respectfully, i don't think that's the case, specially because the numbers of letters change in some languages, in my honest oppinion, i don't see it having some hidden meaning, it's not supposed to be given much attention.

I don't think the image from the book changes tbh. And this kind of details aren't that complex, it's just a word. Game Freak does other things that are far more complex.
