I usually take out the rig in like 5 minutes. The chest spawns in 4 spots always, so i glide and grapple around and then just only take out what i need to, then dip

Surprised you didn’t use the safari zones off the sides of the maps for some of the best pals for base production. Also there’s a super good metal place not far from the starting area that is a huge investment for a second base. I’m saying that as I’m only 30 something mins in but still helps get Penkings super fast and early. Also you could have bred Anubis pretty early on to help with handy work.

For future reference. Using Souls can increase a pal's stats by 30% Full Compression only gives 20% (5% per star) Getting everything to 3 stars is generally "good enough". Getting full souls is easier and more impactful. it takes 36 large pal souls to max out the combat stats of a pal. (12 per stat). With a pair of Anubis with Nocturnal / Philanthopist, you will get a Large Pal soul every 1.5 minutes... day and night. In the 30 minutes it takes for the Oil rig to reset, you will have another 20 Large pal souls. It takes 56 pals to compress to 3 stars, giving a 15% stat boost. Only takes 36 Large Souls to give 30% stat boost. Combine both methods for best results :) Cheers

Its worth setting up a breeding facility immediately every game to get Anubis. Having as many as you can in your mining base is critical. You should definitely not be manual farming at level 30-something

One thing you could have done to make this easier would be to put some 2-3 multi rocket launchers on base with max anubis(work speed) on them. Too many and it fails completely as last boss destroys it but 2-3 on saparate corners and you have one of them survive for very long they are batter DPS then pal attacks themselves. Another thing is using them on cliffs. Build bass such that only one small part of it is on cliff, although i have had first boss sometime stuck on cliff. Som.. just prey that don't happen.

I’m not done watching quite yet so it’s possible you did use it but I wonder if a Beakon would’ve been beneficial against Blazamut Ultra, it gives the player electric attacks, so all of your rockets and laser guns and everything else would’ve been electric based. Might just use that for my attempt 🤔

Thanks for the comment! He doesnt have a water type phase so I dont think that would benefit as much. I used Azurobe to give a water attack boost and gave him a lightning move to buff the water attack. Then Anubis in phase 2 because he turns your attacks to ground type which helps against Blaz's electric phase. Either way whatever you do best of luck to you!
