Incredible insights on scaling a business without losing passion for it. A key takeaway is the power of systemization; by creating a robust system, you can delegate effectively and avoid burnout. Remember, it's not just about working harder, but smarter - leverage tools and automation to streamline processes and free up time for strategic growth. Good podcast.

You nailed it. I just got back from spending two days with John Maxwell. Same thing. Linda has been with him for 37 years and she manages his whole life. All he does is Speak, Write and Think.

Except he doesn’t create the system. He likely hires someone to do it for him.

Thank you! I've just realized something. In our country there's saying - better than 100 Lats (old currency of Latvia) is if you had 100 friends. And I had had that feeling sometimes. But recently I've told someone that you better have one true friend than 100 'friends'. And a true friend is one you can be yourself with and be fully relaxed. AND just now I realized that the first saying is also true, but you gotta apply that to your business life instead of trying to find 100 soulmates!

Right!! He's a rich white guy just like the other sicko's named in the flight log's. He'll never pay the price for whatever he did that was illegal and very, very wrong!!

1:40 Is Helen more than just a regular EA? Could Helen be a CEO of a Company in her own right? Honest question.

Helen is a rockstar and could easily CEO a company. The term EXEC assistant is used for a reason. She’s a C-level person for sure. Just like my Ann, she CEO’s my life ;)

I respect your video and got good input out of it. But if you look at Richard Branson's networth for the past 10 years, it hasn't gone anywhere. I mean, don't get me wrong, still a Billionaire and respect. But if you have invested in the SP 500, his networth would have be way more than what it is...I think sometimes we put different people on the pedestal but maybe it is time we don't put them so high, re-exam the numbers (his pump and dump in Virgin galactic got me lost all respect for him), and maybe it is good for them, and it is good for us, don’t just follow the herd with people on the pedestals). Just a different thought than the norm...
