* SOME NOTES *: I've gotten a couple comments about the whack sizing Bulk Vintage has which I completely agree with! Right now they don't have any type of sizing option so it's basically just random, I did appreciate that with the shorts bundle they did multiple sizes versus just one, but if you pay $42 and only 1 pair fits you then it kind of doesn't make sense. I felt like the sizing was more on the small size which is extremely unfortunate and I hope they'll add better sizing filters, although it does seem like they mainly sell to resellers so I understand they may not think its necessary (but it IS). I think sweatshirts and t-shirts are safest option when it comes to sizing with them, but again its a gamble 🤷🏼‍♀️ ALSO I feel like the “by pound” boxes would be better suited for resellers since they can get a lot of items for a cheaper cost and although I’m glad I tried it, 25 pounds of Christmas Sweatshirts probably wasn’t that necessary (I originally wanted to try their by pound of Harley Davidson shirts but it was sold out) and I wish instead I just bought by BUNDLE, but oh well, I got 30 Christmas Sweatshirts ready to wear for December! (Also sorry I forgot some try on clips, which I totally didn’t realize it until now)

I also did a video on Bulk Vintage, and I got a HUGE variety of sizes. I think it honestly just depends on what lot you get and what they have in their stock. They literally just grab handfuls until you're at your weight. So it's going to constantly vary sizewise.

I've ordered several items from them, it's really more of a starting point of vintage supply for resellers and storefronts. If you want something more specific and tailored to your size you're gonna need to be a registered business and reach out to vintage wholesalers. You'll be able to get something more tailored to your taste but cost will be a bit more per item and there will likely be a higher minimum, like $500.

Size 13 is always juniors. Odd numbers are juniors and even numbers are misses or women's depending on what the stores call their regular/misses sizing. In the 80s and 90s some stores "women's" lines were today's plus sizes. I love the dresses and sweatshirts. You have such great style.

I'm kinda bummed about the 90s dresses. That's the one that I'd be most interested in, but from your box, it looks like they only have small and medium dresses. I know the last one was a large, but it still looked more like a medium to me. I usually wear L/XL so none of those dresses would have fit me. I know they're vintage, but I think it would help if they put a disclaimer for certain boxes like, "most items will be small" or something like that. Or an option to pay extra to get all one size.

Usually (especially on jeans) they put a disclaimer in the descriptions say the “range of sizes”. These boxes are created as wholesale for “vintage clothing shops” to buy and sell. So they aren’t really “curated” mystery boxes (but I definitely think specific size bulk boxes would be AMAZING). I sell vintage on Instagram and Depop (@thriftinleitch) so these boxes are usually my HOLY GRAIL of inventory sources 🙌🏼 also, this was a super fun video! I’ve never bought Bulk Vintage 90s dresses before so I’m DEFINITELY going to try buying one 💕

You can turn the last two dresses into cute two piece sets. With the white dress when you cut it into a set you can rework the buttons and move them closer together. You look so good in all the dresses. You really pull off the long dresses. You make them look so elegant and casual.

The sweaters would be great for a Christmas party activity, you could have everyone pick out a sweater to wear once they get to the party, and even do a sweater swap white elephant style to decide who gets to take which one home. $25 is not a bad price for that entertainment, plus it seemed to be a decent range of sizes which would work for the large mixed party.

That first dress of the 90s section (Starina?) is just what I've been dreaming of finding at the thrift store! I love all the dresses (and the romper you got). The pale oyster dress with the buttons and lace is so sweet. Even the last oversize dress could be good for summer sleepwear. The "no guarantee you're going to get your size" part is what scares me - hard enough to get plus size vintage at the thrift store as is! My other favorite was the Beary Christmas butt sweater.

OMG!!!!!!! I love Bulk Vintage!!!!! it's in this MASSIVE warehouse in north philadelphia. they do customer shopping one weekend a month (everything else is appointment only for wholesale buyers) and you can dig through their bins/boxes of vintage items (all curated by brand/era/type of item etc) and then you bring it up to the register and they tell you how much everything is!!!! every few months they do a bag sale and they throw thousands of items into a big pile on the ground and you can dig through and take whatever fits in a bag for a price... their inventory is not separated by sizes tho which is probably why it was a bit whack and again it's for wholesale buyers! so people who own small shops who want clothing in their stores or just re-sellers who can get these clothes cheaper and mark them up! they sell tons of rare items so it's pretty desirable for vintage shop owners to buy from them!

Love the dresses on you! You can always cut the ties off that one and then belt it. The only one that was a bit off was that sleeveless one - the buttons were a bit "off" as you mentioned. You might be able to stitch those gaps and then belt that dress as well... but it might make it harder to get into it, although it might go over your head??? I love the longer length too... looks great with your boots! Incredible Christmas sweatshirt/sweater bundle! No wonder the shipping was so much... haha!

They get sent palettes of stuff and that's why everything is random, they just sort by piece/style/era/brand. Their warehouse also has a cute little tabby cat :)

You look so good in everything! These types of sites are usually geared towards resellers (like myself) and so sorting by size wouldn’t really make much sense, as the majority of resellers like to have a range of sizes in their clothes!
