I’m in between standard and plus size and I will tell you it’s an absolutely fantastic strength and core workout. Not a lot of cardio but I ran to keep up with my goals. I lost about 30lbs and gained a ton of muscle while doing it for nearly 2 years. There were girls of any and every size, you just have to make sure you don’t compare your progress to others as that really got to me that I was learning slower than some due to my size. Would definitely recommend! I don’t anymore due to my studio being incredibly cliquey and I just didn’t feel welcome after a certain point.

lol it kind of is. The trendy way to have it (and the bs health claim it began as) is that you have to take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. The sheer amount of electrolytes in the celery juice triggers your intestines to work overtime and push everything out. Thus, the giant shit that many experience. Medical Medium is the origin of the celery juice cleanse. It's wacky.

Just going to normal boxing, cardio, and strength training classes once or twice a week would probably be cheaper and give similar results. It could keep things interesting too. The food could probably be made at home with cheaper ingredients with the same benefits and taste for much less money. Not that treating yourself to a nice dinner at a restaurant is not good, but it's just not a realistic option for most people on a daily basis.

Brittany yes I am saying she didn’t have measuring cups. It probably wasn’t the recipes fault. She probably added the wrong amount of ingredients creating a thicker, drier consistency.
