Hey babes! In today's video I ate like kim kardashian for a day, and followed her workout routine. People have hyper focused on Kim Kardashians weight loss and try to diet and exercise to lose weight and have a "Kim Kardashian body." The thing is, no one will ever have a kim kardashian body... except Kim. Following her kardashian workout routine and celebrity diet plan for a day was fun, but I think having a private chef was the best part! While I have been single for quite a while now, I was lucky enough to have had a partner for 10years who liked to cook every now and then (we switched up the tasks, depending on who was home first) and was good at it to. He did want to make only meat-stuff, but I was already glad he wasn't one of those "Sitting with a beer and slippers in front of the tv-waiting for me to get dinner ready"-kind of guys. I am way too emancipated for that, plus I had a 60hr workweek too. But that is another discussion ;-).

Yup, that happened to me. They really aren't clear on what a VIP membership entails. 😅 They charge around 50-60ish$/month, I think? That sum is turned into in-store credits that you can use to purchase items to a reduced price, but it gets hella expensive fast if one forgets to skip months. Their customer service is also quite terrible. I couldn't get hold of them at all for a week, and the calls would cut off before anyone answered. (To cancel a VIP membership you have to call them, you can't email about it like any other potential issue or inquiry.) But, from my personal experience at least, they still have great products and a fairly quick delivery time. I will probably purchase stuff from them again in the future, but I will most likely check out as a guest rather than become a VIP again. 😅

No actually it’s about 10 liters I did the math so she had a venti which is 20 ounces 1 liter is 33.184 20*18 is 360 so that’s how many ounces she had convert that into liters is 10.646 but still very high and can cause water intoxication

But i didnt decide one day to drink 3 gallons in one day. It was a progression and i consulted my dr first. So yes drinking too much water can kill you if your not used to it.

AhEm..*cough* i personally go to bed quite late at around 1AM and wake up from 10AM - 2PM (usually depending on if im having a cool dream dream which normally happens because i have a dream every night) so regardless i get enough sleep, i eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snacks inbetween. what im saying is there is doable and there is confortable i could wake up and eat at normal times, or i could just stick with what makes me happy because im still eating and getting enough sleep. maybe she just chooses to not eat breakfast when she feels its too late and wouldnt have room for lunch. idk just leave people alone they have there own lives she just decides to put some hers out there not all meaning u cant tell her what to do based on just her YT channel. is she hurting anybody? no
