Fun to see the behind the scenes! Would love if once the songs see released you could share more in depth about how specific parts of the songs came together, some of the story behind it, and such!
@badhabit6 күн бұрын
that would be awesome! I will for sure do that, let's see where these songs go first 😎 thanks for watching!

Yes love to see more of this type of behind the scenes - ie delegating different roles, and are there any prepared ideas beforehand?
@badhabit5 күн бұрын
More to come! Btw it depends, sometimes we started from very simple ideas one of us might have had already, sometimes just from scratch!

Really Cool video man :) i'm curious, in a session do you write the whole song or just the inicial idea till the 1st chorus??
@badhabit4 күн бұрын
Thanks man glad you enjoyed this! Every session is different btw, some of these we wrote the full song. Some others we just had melodic ideas but not really developed lyrics fully, so yeah it depends!!

Great Vlog! Question: After a session bounce (and maybe a few more touches after) of a new song demo, how much more work do you put into the production without knowing if this song will actually be picked/released?
@badhabit4 күн бұрын
This is the million dollar question! It really depends, sometimes you have a special feeling about a song and you feel it’s worth it to spend as much time as needed to make it “perfect” before sending out. Some other times you just wanna bring it to a level where you can send it around, but without spending weeks on it with no guarantees. It’s a fine line! Glad you enjoyed the video 😎

Hey man! I was wondering how developed a song idea typically gets during a session like the ones you’ve described. Is it just a few loops to sketch out the structure and establish a reference vibe, with a topline laid over it? And for the topline, is it just melody, or do you work on lyrics as well? How much more work do you usually need to do to turn it into the final product you have in mind? Also, has your role been solely focused on production, or have you contributed to writing the toplines/lyrics too? Sorry for the many questions! Thanks so much for these amazing videos-you’re an inspiration!
@badhabit2 күн бұрын
really depends, during the session you usually don't have much time to really develop the prod, afterwards you wanna spend some more time on it and bring it to a level where you can send it around. We usually work on lyrics too, sometimes not for every part tho. And yes I usually also contribute to toplines too, lyrics not too much just ideas here and there! thanks for watching man!!

Hey man, I’m from Rome myself and I always feel like it’s hard to find interesting talents to work with here. I would love to get in rooms like these, do you have any advice? And can you also tell me how the studios you worked in are called? I would really appreciate it 🙏🏻❤️
@badhabit6 күн бұрын
i get it, that's the reason why I moved to LA in the first place. Milan is better than Rome for that so you can try that. My only advice is to collaborate more and get your name out there as much as possible, these camps are invitation only so it will just happen eventually when people start knowing you and your music! in bocca al lupo Federico 😎 ah lo studio direi che si chiama Triangle

Great video bro! Got a quick question, how do you get yourself in those songwriting camps? How could a guy like me get in?
@badhabit6 күн бұрын
Glad you liked it man appreciate it! Btw, it’s invitation only, you get invited by whoever is organizing so I can’t really suggest much here sorry 😕 other than just keep collaborating and putting your work out there so people get to know you!
