You might ask, but Becky, how did you renovate an entire bathroom when literally every store is closed? BEST makeover video I have ever seen! With real-life struggles of not having the right items and not finding the right paint. Not everyone has the money to buy the perfect items to make-over a room so this was very refreshing to see and very realistic. Well done! I love the outcome :D

That's a fabulous finished look! This proves it's not about the materials used but the gifts & skills of the individual doing the process. You had to work with what was available & find a design that could incorporate those items. Then know how to pull it all together & be able to do each step. You went from an idea to completed project without an issue. Very impressive!

Shelf hanging hack: if you don't own a level, use something that rolls to tell if your shelf is straight (marble, small ball, a pencil or marker with rounded sides, a can, a candle or any cylindrical shape...)🌼

the paint frame around the mirror really helps this room! The white on white on white makes a basement bathroom much brighter so it doesn't feel like you are in a basement but it needed that little bit of color :) shelves look great, everything looks great! I think on the 2 tier shelves above the toilet, you can put ceramic or glass holders for q-tips, cotton balls and such. your guests will certainly appreciate that sort of thing.

Super cute! I love the arch of orange and the hammered metal effect on the fixture (though I felt that when you found the spray paint 🙄). If you roll up guest towels you could shove them in the bottom 2 of the little shelf unit - effective and usable space!

Maybe when you're able to get out of the house you can get the supplies to add a "false bottom" situation into that awkward box. Like you can get pegs and and drill them into the sides then you can cut a board to the correct size but put a finger hole in it so you're still able to access the pipe/machinery/whatever that is lol

They are the cutoff valves for the plumbing probably. Often they are just covered by an unsightly trap door.
