I mean, as long as the building's landlord trusts they'll do a good enough job, the landlord is just letting them do free labour for them. Getting a bathroom redone like this would cost the landlord a lot of money, what's better than tenants offering to do it for free, while also paying for all the supplies and materials. The landlord will likely just use this opportunity as an excuse to raise the rent 🤷

I request Rochelle talk more about the technical parts of the DIY projects, i.e. setting up the router, bit sizing, deciding on when to use a jig or not. The dish soap in the bathroom doesn't have to be for dishes... When you work with grease and normal hand soap just doesn't cut it, dish soap can work great.

Fun tip....run the prints through a laminator before attaching to the waffle acrylic. Then they are protected and washable since there isn't a layer of glass or acrylic on the front.
