Ingredients:
280ml (9.5 oz) lukewarm water
10g (0.35 oz) sugar
6g (0.21 oz) dry yeast
470g (16.6 oz) wheat flour (added gradually)
9g (0.31 oz) salt
Knead and set aside in a warm place for 60-90 minutes
Form
Leave in a warm place for 40 - 60 minutes
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F)
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 200°C (392°F) (remove the pot with water after 15 minutes)
Mold with internal dimensions 21.5x11x5.5cm (8.5x4.3x2.2")
