I can't be the only one of your viewers can't afford Free People and Nordstroms (Ok, I'm from Montana, I didn't even know what those places were before I started watching your channel.) Paying less for things often means they don't last long, but if I love a piece, I buy it anyway. My theory is: jeans, pants, and shoes need to be invested in. The tag inside the clothes shouldn't dictate how you feel about the clothes... The only addendum I'd add is "Unless the tag reflects that you supported a brand who is ethical and sustainable". I used to buy cheaper clothes at stores like this to supplement gaps in my wardrobe on a budget, but then discovered that often times these cheap clothes come at the cost of underpaying the people that made them in a crowded factory overseas. Not knocking budget shopping or saying that's the case with all drugstore clothes! Just something I think about when considering the cost of what I add to my wardrobe these days.

It’s a running joke with my family just how cheap I am with clothes! I can find awesome deals at thrift stores and that’s predominately how I shop (I also do some secondhand shopping on eBay as well)! I rarely ever buy anything brand new (unless it’s on clearance 😅) so it’s a running theme every time I buy something for everyone to guess the price! Could you maybe do a video where you thrift everything from an actual thrift store (consignment shop, goodwill, etc. and not online like thredup) then take us along for the actual shopping portion and wear those items for x many days?
