Hey Al be careful with your little ones because a lot of kids break into the pool when they're being babysat or alone or things like that so you wanna make sure the gate cant be opened, dont let them see how to open the gate like you might even want to put a chain around it just to make sure because they only have to get in there somehow and its going to end in tragedy, also furniture they could push up against the wall and climb in or something. Things to be aware of you probably already thought about it.

Al, I watch all your videos and have since you were mowing and AP was filming. Then he would pop in view occasionally to help move things. Then he was working along side you. Then you guys separated so you could help more people and have your own channels. And look where you are today! If I miss a day, not often, I guarantee I go back through my subscribed channels and watch what I missed. Your family is great and it’s fun to live vicariously through your videos. 😊 tell Shiloh she is loved as well. Was so sad your first couple vlogs back when it seemed as though she was avoiding the camera. I guess it may be a lot to have a camera in your face all day. I've learned a few helpful tips from KZbinrs on making brisket. . .prior to smoking brisket allow it to come to temperature for the fibers/protein to relax - then smoke it with fat side up. The sweet spot is 250 degrees for four hours, bring it out and wrap it in pink butcher paper and place it back in the smoker @ sweet 225-250 temp. for another 3-5hours depending on size of brisket you have (fat side up). No peeking. "The saying is, If you're looking, you ain't cook'n!" So insert a thermometer to track the temp without opening the pit (internal temp should be about 180-200). When done cooking place brisket in a cooler for 1-2 hours to rest and redistribute all them great juices. Then 👍 your good to enjoy! Resist cutting it without resting it first. Trust me, worth the wait! Good luck from Texas! KZbin is full of great BBQ cooks check around and go for it. Practice makes perfect. *personally we leave the fat, it's where the flavor is and keeps brisket from drying out!
