Today's the day!!! im breaking out the new grill and we are going to do the first cook on it after we season it!!! IM so excited!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, but internet saved me a call to a plumber and probably over a $100 by telling me how to get rid of a clog. I was using a plunger over and over and.................. but it did no good so internet said to use a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar-worked great had spent all morning working on it so was aggravated.

I never realized that at age 81, never having been an expert before but as of two hours ago I am one! I’m thinking of even starting an- iPad-iPhone port repair business, because last night I watched Mr. Singh take a tiny part of an off market cable out of the port, I decided after one video and one phone call and the quote of well over $100 to repair my iPad that I’ll just do what he said to do. And it worked. So welcome to the expert club Al. You can be president! I’ll just be a member. 😂

Al comes across as a great loving dad. So important to a young boy. He's being a good role model for his young son who obviously loves him back. I fasted yesterday(June 5th, 2024)so am starving and would love to have had a burger.

I live in Texas and we watch the launches on TV. I live 20 miles from Mcgregor Texas so every time SpaceX test engines for their rockets we feel it

Might want to move grill away from wall you have stucco looks like but better safe than sorry I know people have grill fires from being next to a wall nice setup I have a stick smoker myself plus a Weber charcoal grill love watching you and I also have some stuff going on mental wise when people ask me about it I tell them once you admit you need help your problem can be easier to live with with help going thru it 50 years god bless u and the family

I was told once to turn the propane off at the tank BEFORE turning off the grill--that way you don't have pressurized gas in the hoses which can wear them out sooner. made sense to me so that's what I do...

Grill prep great, food cooked spot on, cleaning grill excellent. I can see a lot of outdoor cooking happening in the future. You can even do a stir fry on the new setup. You should look up how to bake a pizza on the hooded section or spare ribs. Lovely to see your family. You and they are blessed with each other. Keep smiling. 😊

Use a high smoke oil. Grape seed oil has a high smoke point. To find your hotspots, cheap can of biscuits. Place on your flat-E and you'll see where those hot spots are. Clean after each use. Cover if possible. And as "The Waltwins" say, can I get a smell yeah!

Hi Al and family, great bbq, just a thought, whenever I swam in a pool that was lined with pebblecrete I would get abrasions on whatever part of my body touched it, I hope the surface you have chosen is much better, cheers happy people!! 👍👍

This is what I miss. Seeing to rockets take off. I lived in Florida for almost 20 years and got to see hear and feel lots of rockets. So fun.We have the first Publix being built here in Ky and I can’t wait. I miss Publix.

Blackstone makes its own seasoning preparation. Used it to season 6 grungy cast iron skillets I cleaned to the bone then "baked" in my house oven. Very pleased with the results!

I so enjoy all your videos and your love for your family and community. ❤ Just a heads up, it may be a bit safer if you move the grill at least a foot away from the house wall when it's being used. Less chance of an accidental fire from the heat of the grill. Sadly, it happened to me, and I had a constant reminder of it afterward.

I’m enjoying this new series Al. I don’t know what’s different but there is a little something. 🙂 That was so neat seeing the rocket from your home! That grill looks nice. We bought a regular gas grill last year, I didn’t know that much about the kind you brought. I think I would like it better. Oh well, have to wait awhile. For high heat cooking, it's important to choose oils that maintain their stability. Oils heated past their smoke point break down, which affects flavor and can produce unhealthy compounds. Some healthier cooking oils that can withstand higher temperatures include olive oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, and safflower oil. If olive use regular Olive not Virgin. If on stove at medium flame EVOO is fine but a grill Plain Olive. Avocado was a good choice AL. Same for cooking in a pan.
