I’ve found that incorporating it early in their life, not offering junk food often and finding the ones they like is how you do it. Yeah, it’s fun to spoil them with things like chips but it should be vegetables 95% of the time and chips 5%, for example. Less healthy things should be a special occasion thing and fruit & veg should be the norm.
