I've been following Rico for a decade. Even after all these years I constantly find myself amazed at this mans cardio every time he competes. He's not the strongest, he's not the biggest puncher, and he's not got some crazy flashy techniques. The man simply breaks his opponents with a superior conditioned heart and I love that style. @@Antoine-xl2lrwhat people forget is that a legkick like this rarely knocks someone out, especially not in the first rounds, but getting 3/4 of those kicks of in the first 2 rounds will make sure u cant stand on ur legs anymore in round 3/4. It often takes it toll later on in the fight. Some kickboxers were famous for using this sole tactic to win fights
