I never took the Liz and Patrick thing as Liz going on a date. I think she went with him 100% as a friend and that's where her confusion about Spike's reaction came in. I think Patrick was interested in Liz but Liz is such a loyal friend to Spike it wasn't even on her radar as a possibility. Liz is a miserable little jerk (and can you blame her with everything we've learned about her), but her one positive trait is how good a friend she is to Spike.

Tim has been here since the first season of Junior High and only now does he get to be part of a storyline. I feel they could have done a lot more with him considering the actor is a very talented singer and musician. Although he's a pretty small character, Bronco is actually one of my favourite Degrassi characters.

Degrassi always did a good job casting these perverted creeps! Both episodes are good. "Crossed Wires" is the only time I felt sorry for Liz. It explains a lot. I love the girls fighting for equality.

Wow, what a second epsiode!!! The first one with Lucy': I love Lucy and I agree with you we need to see more of her. I feel like I remeber seeing somewhere that she wrote an article about her experience show and being a mixed race person I also knew that boy was no good for Lucy like you and he proved it right. When Lucy was saying how she shouldn't speak her mind because of the guy I was like Lucy don't dim your light for anyone, especially a man! Poor girl got dumped for speaking he truth(because if a guy really likes you he will like that your outspoken, so true so true) and then I saw Bronco at the end and I smiled because I know the status of their relationship near the end of the season which you will see When I saw Lucy the first time I was like she's tall and I think the other guy was tall too but I also wondered what grade she and Bronco were in cause they look so much older now. Didn't even know Cindy was there in the scene. Even though we just saw the first guy try to ask Lucy out for the first time maybe he has always been the captian. Liz was just dissapointing this episode cause girl when your friend "gives permission" it's actaully the opposite. Patrick is also werid for asking Liz out after he was just "dating" Spike (even if it wasn't for long or that serious) and Spike is right about how she felt and they were tyring to act like she was the bad guy. Liz wasn't a good friend to Spike in that moment and I'm glad Spike called her out on it. Even through I get how Patrick feels he had no right to talk to Spike that way. So disrepsectful. Great to see Michelle and Alexa be firends again but then when Michelle said "get married to him already" or somehting like that I thought of something that happens in the School's Out movie which you will see. I also felt like they were trying to make Michelle look like the bad guy when she was in the right also. When you mentioned the 13 epsiodes I was like that's basically the trend now with shows but these epsiodes even through it's a short season it feels like each epsiode packs a punch and is memorable. Epsiode about Liz As soon as I saw that man open the door I knew what the episode was gonna be about which is crazy because I was just thinking about it when I was watching the Lucy episode and was wondering when it was gonna come up. This espiode I remeber it being so hard to watch for me. And like you said we literally just saw the Jane Says epsiode recenlty. You were saying how you wonder it is to be the male actor in that situation but I was wondering how it feels to be the young female actor in that situation and what she's going through. It's very sad so many young people go through this. I think the difference in this was it was Jane's father who did it to her and it was Liz's stepfather but I might be wrong. When you were wondering the reason why Liz did'nt want to go out with Tim I laughed! The cool thing what they do in Degrassi is they have all these young people actors in the background like Tim and I feel like that happened less over the years like in the after TNG era. I was more focused on Liz's plot then Tessa. Whenever I see Tessa I just think about her storyline in School's Out. I was wishing that the guy would just kiss her already and thankfully he finally did (but there could have been vaild reason why he didn't want to, also I thought the kiss was kinda forceful but thankfully she reciporcated) The only and thing Tim did was kiss her when she was trying to go inside but like he said he is a good guy (should good guys say there good guys but that's a topic for another day) as usal DEGRASSI HIGH is one of the best iterations out there of this franchise and it has fantastic epsiode when I feel like delve deeper into issues then the other verisons of the show. When the girlw as asking Dwayne if Joey was blackmailing him I was like well something is going on there, don't know if ti's blackmailing, but it was nice to catch up with them and I'm glad thy didn't bully Joey. (When I saw that scene I thought the future episode when everyone finds out about Dwyane and the reactions to it- another great episode) when Joey said "I say a lot of stupid stuff" I was like yess Joey that is true. That's been true since day one and I'm glad he grew up into a mature human being but it's crazy seeing him and all the characters as adults compared to there teenage selves. Not a lot of shows can show that! When you said Emma would be doing alot comment I laughed. It's crazy seeing baby Emma here and then her in the TNG show. Sorry for this long comment! 🤣

Liz really gets on my nerves in most of her episodes. Spike is too busy to date but if she doesn't like the idea of them hanging our then she also needs to voice that to Liz. Lucyy, GIRL STAND UP! Dale is not worth your principals. No man is. Ugh girl drama, I don't miss hs. 😂 I do feel bad for Liz going through this trauma! No one deserves this.
