Sweaty soles collect dirt in the whitest/cleanest of floors (super embarrassing) etc 🙈 My husband calls my hands ‘auto-cleaning’ 😅 and just like that I felt a lot more secure; and surprisingly after marriage the ‘sweaty palms’ have considerably reduced 🤷🏻♀️ (Not sure if hormones are at play)

You get sweat pads for underarms now. I use for heavy dresses. For saving the cloth mainly and of course doesnt show. I had the darkest underarms also. Try glycolic toner. Laser hair removal on my underarms has helped me a lot tooooo! I thought i was imagining it. And not using much deodorant has helped lighten the underarms as well.

OMFG SATSHYA😂!!! Guess what? I'm a left hander AND I FEEL REPRESENTED ❤. I've 🎉palms that sweat my whole body volume. I'm 25 and still carry hankies as I hail from Kochi where it's humid all the time. Exams were macabre situations. Not only with ink pens, but gel pens and ball pens. Especially since your hand's running over words before they dry up, the mess we make. It happened to me with often with OMR sheets too. The pages would get so soaked that sometimes I'd burn a hole in while writing or marking things down. Thank god for computer based tests these days 😅. Also regarding soft hands, till I was in school I used to have hands which were as soft as baby's bum in Johnson's Baby ad. But it turned to layman rough texture once I started washing dishes. It's never been the same since 😅.

❤Some suggestions - 1. Wear clothes with absorbent materials - Avoid satin, Go for cotton based materials. Jute works really well - for chappals etc! 2. Wear loafer socks inside shoes, They are thinner so they dont show up as much. Wear them with heels etc. They help a lot to maintain a grip. 3. Always wear layers. Indian suits with dupattas really come in handy to cover unwanted sweat patches! Thank you so much for posting this. ❤ I suffer from extreme anxiety when it comes to biometrics etc. I literally avoid countries where the visa needs biometrics. But it makes me really relieved to know I am not alone in this. Thank You Satshya for sharing, and more power to all of us to come out stronger! ❤

When I was in my 8th or 9th class my sweat started smelling bad . I was very embarrassed. I tried to be hairfree and drank lots of water still that foul smell from underarms don't go away. I used roll ons and all but they contain aluminium so I tried to use something natural or aluminium free which my skin can't absorb then I tried potash alum and it is a great life changer . Just keep under running water and apply on a clean washed area . Later I found chemist at play fragrance free roll on and it's best . I realised when I am hairfree in underarms then it doesn't stink that much. That's my embarrassing journey 😅😂.

hihi.. although i don't sweat as much as you do, i still sweat through my hands none the less, esp in hot humid kerala.. and once i was at the dermatologist's for another allergic reaction, he noticed my sweaty hands and prescribed something called ALDRY. its like a very watery lotion that you just spread and let it completely(!) dry. and then onwards no sweaty hands till you wash it off.. truly a lifesaver for exam time when you have to write fast and the pen keeps slipping maybe you can check it out, it's available over the counter.. disclaimer! this comment is not to be taken as medical advice, please consult your doctor before trying anything from the pharmacy. along the line of you contemplating putting pads under your arms, there are actual sweat pads with adhesive to stick and they help i think, i havn't tried that.. i dont have that much of an issue. ps would love an in depth video on your experience with laser hair removal..

Omg i can relate to every single thing you're saying and i'm laughing soo hard..thankgod i started off with ball pen and never used gel pen.. i always keep lots of tissues in my bag U can try wearing sandals that have suede covering you will not slip while wearing them.. My best friend is very tolerant on this matter she always first grab my hand then realizes its sweaty then tells me to wipe it off and then holds it again until a few minutes later she tells me to wipe it off again n holds it again 🤣...this has going on since when we were in 6th standard coz thats when we met n became besties...😂 she always does this its been 14 years...😂 but you know we are lucky coz i have a friend her hand literally drips... yeah sweaty hands were something we bonded over... 😂

Hey, I have faced the similar underarm sweating problem since my childhood. I was wondering if I shave my armpits every 2 days would it yield the same results as your recommended laser procedure? Or is there more to this Your advice would really be helpful! Loads of love

Hi! Laser did not reduce the sweating, but it definitely left my underarms feeling drier since there was no hair/roots to cling on to + definitely noticed a significant reduction in underarm odour as well. I know laser is expensive but atleast for underarms I felt it was absolutely worth it as hair growth reduces from the first session itself
